I don't really know what to say. I just said 2 days ago that no 'celebrity' death would upset me like Sir Bobby's. I'm sad i wasn't there for his charity match to see him one last time (as I'm in Singapore) and also that I'll miss the first few toon games with the tributes, but i thank him for the countless games I saw him at, and my happiest memories in football (too young to truly appreciate keegan era). 4-3 Leeds, Dabizas at mackems, 3-2 Derby and many more - singing his name at the stadium of light after the mackems had left. Great man.

Things really couldn't be worse. Nothing like getting relegated and then doing everything you can to not go back up. I know it's been said so many times, but what an absolute mess.

I've never booed a player, and I've given Barton loads of support, but I've no problem with people booing Barton in these games. He can't think badge kissing and chest beating will make him a cult hero again after this last (final?) straw? I would object to it continuing into the season, if that becomes the case.
