He’s class but I do wonder why he runs out of steam so quickly. Maybe he hasn’t been able to train at full Howe intensity or something. If he good get an extra bit of athleticism for a bit longer he would be absolutely unstoppable.
-
He looks really at the peak of his powers now like, don’t think he’s been this good since he joined. Vamos Bruno.
-
Howe won’t bring Burn back IMO, would be a negative step. He’ll get minutes but Tino will start if he’s playing anything like he is now.
-
He was phenomenal today, like when someone from an older age group joins in with your game. Bullied Man Utd.
-
We’re so lucky he’s mint.

Found it quite emotional today, in the best way. Just going with total confidence against Man Utd, being proud of every member of staff and every player, everyone giving their all and getting an easy win. Something I just never thought I would see again in my life. Even before we scored I was absolutely loving it. Completely love this team.

That could qualify for Europe under Howe. -
I think he would benefit from an intelligent and compassionate manager for sure. Someone who knows not to treat everyone the same and is humble enough to persevere with people who are a bit different.
-
Also no striker can really operate well when he's up field on his own and everyone else is camped on the edge of the box. I know that wasn't the case for the whole second half, but it was for a lot of it.
-
I think he was shattered by about 35 minutes TBH.
-
Oh yeah, he did decently well, he just had the ability to be a multiple champions league and ballon d'or winner (probably). He won't go down as one of the best players of all time, which he should have.
-
Weirdly he always kept himself pretty fit, despite outwardly not giving a shit. Hopefully someone sits down with him one day and really gets some answers. I can’t imagine being that good at football and doing so little with it, but I do understand not being competitive and not fitting in with football culture.
-
My point was more about bringing people on not being automatically the right thing to improve your chances. For example, Howe could have brought a kid on they could have been skinned 2 or 3 times to give away chances to PSG. Just like Enrique brought his kid on and he messed up the critical moments.

Champions League 2023/2024: Group F (Newcastle, Milan, Dortmund, PSG)

I'm delighted with that fact but I'm still raging about everything else. -
He looks fitter and leaner to me in the photos, guess it's inevitable now he can give his best in training.
-
Well however you want to assess it, finishing is part of football. He had a bad game IMO.
-
Good luck in your career in professional football recruitment.
-
From now until he’s 35 could easily be the best period of his career. He’s not slowing down, he’s confident and maturing, with top coaches behind him. I’ve said before you could spend £100m and not replace what he offers, despite his limitations.
-
It’s amazing watching lower league football and you can actually enjoy a goal.

PSG brought on that kid on the left and he had a mare, missed loads of chances and did almost everything wrong. Subs aren’t always an easy answer.
