They're not the only team to have sung that particular song though are they... No they arent but if you play with fire your ganna get burned !! I'm sorry but I fail to see how another team singing racist or bigoted songs is defence for anyone else to similar back to them! Yeah i see what you mean and i agree, when i read that post back i realised how it must look...there is no defence for it and it shouldnt go on but we all know it does, my point is Southgate is in all the papers today condeming it (rightly so) however would he say anything about his own fans doing it, i think not

Dont believe 433 will work with Owen in the team, i think Martins can do well with time to adjust....as far as i see it we have never really had Owen so im not really that bothered about weather it suits him or not although i do hope he makes me rue my words

Crap Stadium, worse fans and a squad with three decent players (Woodgate, tuncay and Mido) Most of the silly little fuckers wait all year for that one game yesterday and there was so many empty seats its laughable.

I find it somewhat amusing to think that boro will no doubt get on their high horse about the mido chants im not defending the people who sang it but this is the same club that sang "town full of pakki's" and made monkey noises when they visited St James last year....I'd be willing to be Mr Southgate cant remember that little expression of support from his teams "supporters"

Such a shame, RIP

Wouldn't surprise me like, they've got a bad reputation and rightly so. Of course it was all coincidence it kicked off in most places where they traveled in Europe. In typical boro fashion he said that one of their "top guys" died last week and seemingly the best way to celebrate his life is to hit things......and they wonder why no one likes them ?!

Spoke to a mate of mine from boro this morning, he rekons that a load of boro twats are gonna be waiting outside The Navigation (the pub by the railway next to the ground) reckons they are gonna have a go at the coaches on the way out......so then who wants a window seat

Was very highly rated when he was young then seemed to drop off the radar a bit

Skysports.com understands Wigan ace Leighton Baines is in talks with Everton and Newcastle. Wigan have given permission to Baines to talk to both clubs after they accepted undisclosed bids from their Premiership rivals for the talented full-back. The Latics have reluctantly agreed to let Baines move as they look to get their squad in place for the start of the new season next weekend. Baines has attracted the interest of a host of clubs with Sunderland failing to persuade him to move to the Stadium of Light after having a fee accepted for his services last month. Everton are in the market for a new left-back with Joleon Lescott being played out of position in the role last season. Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce admitted on Friday that he could make a move for Baines as he looks to reshape his defensive options at St James' Park. Baines is set to meet both clubs to discuss a possible move and the defender is expected to make a decision on his future over the weekend. It is believed Everton are favourites to land Baines ahead of Newcastle because the player is a Toffees fan and would love the chance to play for his boyhood heroes http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12040_2640553,00.html

Just watched the interview, very refreshing to hear a player be positive about us...interesting to hear him say about how he has had a few chances to come and felt this time was right now there is more stability at the club.

wonder what the smoggies make of this one then ?

Hi-jack a deal that is complete? Didnt realise it was a done deal, shame anyways
-
if Dyer is going which seems likely i would much rather take the 6m that we are rumoured to be willing to spend on Smith or Gudjoinson and try to hi-jack the Guieseppe Rossi deal. Much younger then both and used right could be a starman IMO
-
Big Sam will leave if this happens i think thats a cert and honestly i would much rather have Sam then Keegan
-
I can understand why people do however they aint really thinkin too hard about what they are doing, Dyer daint seem like a player who needs much excuse to slack off and Booing him or anyone in fact aint gonna make him try to hard
