I would guess (only from watching Spooks and stuff) that these terrorist groups run trials to see how (or if) the authorities react. How often do we hear reports of suspicious packages found and it turns to be someone's packed lunch, just as likely that these groups are gathering info on how it was found, protocols etc. Scary stuff.

Always liked Barton, not afraid to speak his mind and what he says is generally on point. He's become a better player since that season playing right midfield for us as well.
