I am sure Sam will not be daft enough to even consider him so I am sure we needednt worry

Can you come back out of it again or is it like the mafia and once your in there is no way out apart from death ?
-
Cant we just say he was sacked for being shit ?

good question... for me it was just the way he seemed to effortlessly find the right part of the goal. Always seemed like he would just find the same finish blind folded. People liek Darren Bent.... it all seems an effort a lot of the time. Fowler just seemed to stroll around... find the ball at his feet and whack it in. Makes sense in my head anyway !!

You have to admit as an 18 year-old right up to 23-4 he was an awesome talent, had the lot for me. He was no poacher either, a lot of his goals were sublime chips from outside the box, volleys, headers, and 25-yarders with that fantastic left peg of his. Very very good player in his pomp. For me, probably the most natural goalscorer that we have seen since the Premiership began. During that early Liverpool era, he was simply awesome

Chelsea reckon theyr arent signing any big names this summer If thats the case they might as well just leave the trophy at OT. Looking at all the possible formations on this thread..... they look pretty awesome

I would be very surprised if both martins and Owen leave. If, in the unfortunate event that one of them should leave, then we should look to develop Caroll. All the fans seem happy to have a season or 2 of gradual progression so I think we could afford to bring him on. There is no standout choice as a proven goalscorer so any moeny spent will be a gamble and there a potential waste

Boumsong the main reason for their success this season

My half time cup of coffee is bloody lovely. My highlight so far

Hardly going to set the premiership alight is he ?
-
Anyone know what his career at Lokomotiv has been like ?
-
Sounds like he is dreaming

Aye. 6-7 years ago you just wouldnt have put money on it. Mind Yeovil were class tonight

Only if you're dense enough to buy one... EBay-tastic

I think Middlesborough without Viduka's goals are in for a long tough season. Sanchez is going to fail miserably at Fulham with his long ball tactics and I cant see a Jewell-less Wigan staying up. Once again, the relegation battle is going to be the most exciting part of the Premiership season

I would dare to say our status and profile is all down to him and the way he transformed the club Marriage made in heaven it was

Considering Leeds' season tickets will be £375-£475 in League 1 next season it's a bargain. WHAT !!!!!

I think his confidence is shot to bits at Newcastle and beyond repair. No matter how well he plays I think he always has at the back of his mind, the thought that the fans are sitting waiting for the mistake and that is what ultimately leads to the inevitable I dont think any matter of coaching is going to get rid of that. I am not convinced he is mentally tough enough. Some blokes are but I dont think Titus is. Just to look at him, he doesnt, to me, have an aggresive "i will fucking show you" look about him. Looks a bit shy most of the time. Thats no criticism - its just his personality I wish him well but I think it best all round for him to clear his head at new surroundings.

I know people will say it's only Wigan and they don't fill their ground anyway, but i'd go see Wigan vs *insert any decent team with world class players here* for £13 even though neither mean anything to me. Is it £13 for everygame, regardless of the opposition. guy who sets the prices obviously not supersticious (!?) then Sorry, upon investigation it's £13 for a season ticket holder, ie a season ticket costs £247. Still pretty f****** good. Aye not bad. Different way to do it that.

You think it will draw any more people into the JJB though ?? Jewell often had a go at the lack of enthusiasm in Wigan for football.

Think of the depreciation over the last 5 years though
