If Huddersfield beat us on saturday they will have done the double over us. Does that mean they can argue they are the best team in the Championship? That's what Blackburn will say as they tumble into League 1, tbh. At what point did I say that it was because we beat BHA that made us the best team in the league? I'm just glad that the players and the manager aren't as negative as some folk on here or we'd be 5 points behind BHA after the last 2 games alone.

Thankfully I had to watch the game on my phone app so I wasn't able to get on here. It was worrying after that first half, felt like it was going to be one of those nights where we get all the ball and all the chances but lose because of a shite ref call. Was one of the best games I've watched in forever, went against everything, coming from behind, BHA losing after going ahead, us winning after being a goal down at half time. I'm just glad I didn't follow it on here because, though I can understand the fear, the negativity has been something else and the giving up after 15 minutes because we're a goal down is pathetic. Give your heads a shake and be glad Rafa and the rest of the team don't have your mental fortitude. I read back through it to see how the roller coaster panned out on here, wish I hadn't bothered. Can we all have a bit of belief now, BHA are the second best team in the division, they've proven how good they are over almost an entire season and last night we beat them quite comfortably in the end. We are the best team in the division, with the best manager and the best players. How about a but of belief now.

The only thing that surprises me about that post is that someone actually listens to his podcast.

For a number of reasons I hope we smash this little shitty club into the ground on Monday, we need the win now and hopefully Gayle will be too much for them.
-
He got sacked by Southampton in League 1. He'll be shite in Scotland too, guaranteed.
-
If that's their plan then good luck with that because if they cause Rafa to walk then no "high profile manager" worth his salt will touch us with the shitty end of a stick.
-
For me it's not about minimum backing, it's about whatever cash being available being Rafa's to spend not for Carr to spunk in the French league on possible monetary assets.

I'll reserve judgement until the end of the season (summer is the real test!) However it doesn't look promising. I realise that Ashley saw this as a great opportunity to get us promoted, as he saw it, easily, with a world class manager at the helm, with more money coming in than going out. However, why allow him a water tight contract and to buy who he wants, who might not be easy to shift, nor at a profit, if your planning on screwing him over when you get back to the Premier League gravy train? Surely if Ashley "does it his way" he's going against the terms and conditions of Rafa's contract of employment and leaving himself open to another law suit for constructive dismissal? I haven't got a clue what's going to happen, the only thing I know for sure is that if Rafa is screwed then that's it for me, I cannot and will not put another ounce of money, effort or emotion into the club, not until that fat cunt has gone, there would be nothing left to support. Rafa symbolises that last ray of hope, the faintest heart beat left in a dying club and once he's gone the football goes with him, it just becomes an empty shell, an extention to a soulless, morally bankrupt, corrupt corporation.

One of the worst things to happen to us getting a combined total of £55m for Sissoko and Wijnaldum, validates the failing system that they put in place. Always about the money, never about the football.

Nobby Solano @nobbysolanouk4 Any room for a trumpet player? ??? #YedlinsTeaParty

Well he's definitely not a striker so it's worth a shot.

When Ian finally lost patience with Pardew it was a real watershed moment for the forum -
Well, I could easily stop supporting them in the meantime and come back if/when he goes. I don't see how that could be criticised TBH. Not me, I would rather go the rest of this season and shout abuse at Ashley or his cronies than just turn my back on the club, what next, you don't like the new left back so you pack your season ticket in.!!! 'Shout abuse at Ashley & Co'....? You are living in denial mate - they couldn't care less, will probably not even be there to hear it and you know all this...you are just trying to justify giving in to keep supporting a shoddily-run outfit that couldn't care less about its customers... I never fucking understood this train of thought. You can pay me £40 to come and shout abuse at me for 2 hours if you want? I'll even make you a sandwich half way through and a couple of beers for an extra £5 each if you want? Hardly sticking it to the man is it?

Don't think you quite understand how important your role is on Saturday. If he leaves within the next three years, it'll be because you didn't convince him to stay. I second this, it all lies on you O.N No pressure mate, but this is all down to you now, you are the voice of N.O. don't let us down
-
St James' park needs to be a cauldron of noise tomorrow in support of Rafa, it's up to the fans to show what's important to the club. The fat slug probably won't care but I think it's important. I hope, if Ashley does fuck this one up as he always does, then finally the penny will drop with our supporters. I refuse to support MAFC.

It's been a shit window and a bad month for on field performances but we have what we have now and there's no point dwelling on it at this time. We need to back Rafa and back the team and hope for a better summer, if that doesn't happen and Rafa leaves then we need to unleash the Hounds of hell on Ashley. I said earlier, Rafa was Ashley's last roll of the dice, his hail Mary, Rafa was the only thing that could bring the club back together and if he goes then Ashley needs to, there's no coming back from that.
-
Rafa was Ashley's last roll of the dice, he must know that if he loses Rafa due to his mistreatment of the man then the whole lot comes crumbling down around his ears. Is the fat twat really that stupid?!?
-
If we come out of this with even draw at this point I'll be surprised. Since we scored there's only been one team in it. It's unforgiveable that highly paid professional footballers can wonder round the field aimlessly like that. Rafa must be fucking livid.
-
There is definitely enough quality in our squad to get promoted regardless and I'm not too worried if we don't sign anyone. The main issues being the Townsend deal was probably the difference between first and second and if anything was to happen to force Shelvey to miss an extended run of games then I can see us taking a tumble which might see us drop out of the automatic places. Slightly worrying but not the end of the world. The biggest worry for me is how this has affected Rafa and his plans and how he comes out of this, if he's alright with it all then no worries.

"Must admit, it surprises me that a club the size of NUFC has only got a couple of cliquey tumbleweed forums, and a busy one but mostly infested with childish gobby cockwombles." So am I a childish cockwomble or am I a spotty wow playing virgin? Perhaps I'm both?? I'm so confused!

Corruption is corruption and it's wrong, but when it comes to stealing from charities/would be charities then that's another level of evil. I can't fathom what goes through the head of a person who uses the guise of charity as a way to fill their own pockets, hope they all burn in hell.
