Only ever seen Alan Smith in a bar here in Orlando. Not really a hot bed for footballers to be fair.

Wayne Routledge signs 3 year deal with Swansea

Give him about three weeks and we'll take all of the actual footballing out of his game. Give a go? What's that? -
Sponsors have given him man of the match. Kiss of Death.

who says we're not? -
They also refused to stop playing good football too which I had a lot of respect for. I remember when they were down 4-0 against Chelsea and still playing it on the ground passing it around nicely.

Sad thing is, I could never see us doing this to any other team. Once we went 2-0/3-0 we'd just take our foot off the pedal and say "okay, I'm done!"

Harper [___] [____] Colo Enrique Routledge Smith Guthrie Jonas Shola Loven That's for me. Would possibly put in Carroll for Shola but maybe not until half-time. No idea who even slots in for the missing two back slots. I'll leave that to people who get paid far more than I do. -

Totally agree. We need as much pace as possible in our side. -

Smith Routledge ___ Guthrie ____ Jonas Nolan Carroll Tomorrow night anyone? Would rather us play 4-4-2 but if we were to play 4-5-1 that's about what I'd be looking for. -

I thought you didn't like Routledge. I don't, but he's better than anything else we have for that position. -

Routledge - Guthrie - Barton - Jonas please when all fit. -
Will totally boss this league once fit/match fit.
-
Or start at RB for us. Had the same thought.
-
What's wrong with Simpson? Injured for this game, will be back for Cardiff. IS Ryan Taylor fit? Would rather see Colo stay in the middle if possible. suspended, yeah?
-
Must be hard to be in that gray area between the reserves and the first team 'cause you're not getting much match time either way.
-
Doesn't do him any favors that the ball hardly ever goes down the right anymore.
-
Based on what I've seen of Smith lately I think I'd even rather see Butt in the starting line up. mental.

I AM REALLY PISSED OFF WITH THIS. Nearly put a tenner on him getting a hat-trick today after a tip. 14/1 Just got his fourth. Would it still have counted? EDIT - he's captain of my Fantasy Football team this week, just for anyone interested... Fabregas was my captain this week. 44 points last time I checked (before bonus points were added).
-
The problem with/for Pancrate is that everything goes through the left side of our squad, hardly are people every trying to spray it out wide to the right, everyone is looking for Jonas as soon as they get the ball.

The Guthrie cross/Shola header should be on here. A fucking beautiful cross.

If we got promotion, why would it mean more to us next season? If we were fighting for our lives to stay up, and had a good chance of doing so due to some key individuals, the Cup would mean the same as it does this season - nowt. If we're comfortably mid-table then the Cup would be different; it'd be nice to see how far we could progress cos Cup runs are a nice add-on to a season, no doubt. I'd rather we just put it to a side this year. There are far more pressing matters. So all cups shouldn't be treated seriously unless you're a top half side? Secondly, it's just another game. I would be more concerned at getting beat and getting into bad habits; i.e Losing. Well no, not really - i think our case is a bit more unique. I'll admit i maybe a went a bit over the top with the 'it means nowt to 88 clubs' comment; but as our say, i think our situation is different. It is so incredibly crucial that we go up this year (cos i think a lot of people will fuck off if we don't, and it'll get harder and harder from then on) - and we've got a small squad. An injury to a key player just doesn't bare thinking about - that's all i'm saying. Just another thing, that i'd quite like to put a lid on, i don't want us to lose. I'm not sure where that's come from. 100% with you Yorkie. Like you said, our position is far more precarious than other clubs. We HAVE to go up this season. We can't afford not too. The FA Cup will be there next year. -

Would much rather be promoted this season than win the FA Cup to be honest.
