no point in keeping someone whose prod is zero, move them on can't afford to carry players.

Yup. You do almost wonder if Ferguson set the whole Moyes gig up in order to ensure that his own legendary staus was enhanced. Moyes was a sort of credible replacement but was going to struggle to maintain the level they were at and is never going to threaten to take the club to a higher level. Ferguson also had the power to name his successor and make it happen - a touch of Machiavelli . bit like Tony Blair & that pudding Brown

will be on his way in January along with one or two others

had to urn the telly off cant stand the tension -
that penalty cost them about £90000, amazing what a referee can do to a club that needs the money

was thinking he's been off the radar for a while and suddenly up he pops like a bad penny

Little article on the BT Sport website. "Funny how Newcastle are no longer a laughing stock. Kebabs are off the menu, replaced by a player who shares a name with a silky-smooth cognac. Loic Remy is turning out to be an equally smooth operator when it comes to scoring goals. In addition, he has a name which Newcastle director of football Joe Kinnear should be able to remember". me & me brothers used to knock around with Steve Bruce when we were kids, (lived 2 doors from us)played regularly on the Fosseway Field we were a few years older than him, you could see then he had it, was way ahead of us. -
good game by him, shame he won't be here permanently
-
Good. Is it. Is this the same Steve Taylor who was given a red card in his last game? nah, it's the same one who keeps handing the ball in the penalty area.

We say that, but strangely he's happy to pass ballbouncingly good bonuses to run of the mill staff in SD. Like crazy good. Based on, if they make him money, he gives them money. IIRC most of Pardew's contract is based around sell-on profits. none of us know what's in anyone's contract and we never will, everything we write is speculation or what we would like to see but in reality facts only standout. The facts are , we are not bottom nor in the relegation zone,no matter what Pardew says or does with the team he selects once they're on the pitch the players will decide whether to turn up or not and if they dictate put them in the reserves for a few games and if that means half the team then so be it. The owner and Pardew will then force those not turning up to make a decision, and we all move on.

good to see women football getting more coverage on national tv and BT Sport, thought it was a load of b*ll*cks initially but they have high skill levels and decent players still a long ways off the guys game but never the less.

not sure if been mentioned but this was talked about on BT Sport last night prior to the Genoa / Sampdoria game, the french pundit on the programme stated that this was a definite go'er all signed sealed and delivered apart from his agents who wouldn't drop their cut.
