Is that tonight? What channel? Time? etc... Shearer is playing iirc. We'll see a better striker than what England had to offer last night....

    Hull...Protest?

As long as you flush more than once, and use a full roll to wipe your arse....
  7. I thought the club web site did but I might be wide of the mark with that... Seem to remember seeing something in the past If it is on the club site, then you'll know "it is a fact."

    Hull...Protest?

Whilst I agree it looks good my doubts about it are that elderly people may not be able to stand for that length of time and shouldn't have to and the views of disabled fans will also be blocked. However, if everyone were to stand up at a particular point of the match (say on the half hour mark) and for a period of time chant against the board that may have a more noticable effect and not alienate the supporters I have mentioned above too much. EDIT: Should say that I know Eurostand is a separate thing altogether but it will have the same effect on certain sets of fans. If this standing up thing is the most popular vote we could always just put that to a poll for how long and when....

    Hull...Protest?

Aye we can set up another poll tomorrow or Tuesday. Get a final verdict. In the mean time I might e-mail .com and just mention what's going on on here and TU....

    Hull...Protest?

Even then how effective will that be? When everyone has already paid for season tickets..... Besides, a lot of people want to back the lads on the pitch...

    Hull...Protest?

Either tonight or tomorrow night I will contact other club related sites/people with what ahs been most popular on here and TU. When the most popular action is clear if we could have a little write up then maybe we could just get that posted on various sites? I don't know...whatever people want really....like previously mentioned...just trying to help.....

    Hull...Protest?

A Mod'/Admin' may have to add these options to the poll...... Can you not add them? I'll add whatever (sensible) options you want if need be. Aye, I just hadn't realised how to mate...cheers. I'd suggest you wait til about Tuesday to gauge the options that are viable then reset the poll and let people vote for maybe 2 or 3 of the options you have. Then take it fro there. Aye, it sounds a good idea. Not sure when to end the poll tbh? We need to give ourselves enough time to conatct nufc.com and other groups alike with what was most popular on here. Just to get the word out etc.....

    Hull...Protest?

I agree with 1 to 4 as I was going to do that anyway. Aye, got to agree with all that. I'm secretly rooting for the Stand Up For Keegan one to win like.....

    Hull...Protest?

Like I have said in the other thread. This isn't my own personal crusade to get something sorted. I am merely trying to help others focus there ideas and opinions so that they are heard better. My main two choices from the above are to back the lads as normal and to do the stand up one. If I am protesting at anything it's how Wise is at the club and Keegan isn't....but even then....if Wise has brought these quality players in, and Keegan actually has over-looked clauses in his contract...we would all look like numpties....
  18. aye totally, someone's gonna do summat f***ing stupid - if they can't find him they'll probably brick the windows or something if we lose a home game as for your first sentence it's why i'll be astounded if he doesn't sell up, and quick after the hull game In some respects I will be really disappointed if he goes. Sky kept showing clips of him at WHL last season celebrating a goal and he looked genuinely happy and wrapped up in it all. Gave me real cause for optimism. I must have been very naive this is what bothers me a bit rob - overnight he's gone from happy-go-lucky owner having a laugh at the match to cynical overlord hellbent on destroying the club he's presumably finding his feet in football, and i get that we can't really afford for him to do that, but where the hate is coming from is beyond me especially as a lot of it is from people who were more than happy with him all summer and prior to that very strange turn of events I'm extremely dissappointed about the loss of Keegan...however, I am kind of sitting on the fence with this one. I reckon Ashley could still do good for us. I just think he has ruined his reputation amongst his own fans. The worst thing now is for Wise to remain at the club. Due to his overwhelming unpopularity. I don't really know how any of us can judge though until we have a new manager and have a string of games to judge the new manager on.....

    Hull...Protest?

Okay, so here's a follow on from the other thread. Let's see what comes out on top.... First we have the idea of a boycott, which I doubt many of us will fully back. This boycott could just be for the first/second half or even just a smaller amount of time...i.e. arrive in the ground 15mins late. It could also be for the full game..... Second is the idea of a march. For a march to take place it would take a hell of a lot of organising and the Police would HAVE to be informed. Is it really worth the hassle? I think a protest would be just as effective at the ground...but each to their own...there's that idea too. Third idea. There is a universal thing called Eurostand...which the Toon Ultras were kind of hoping to show some backing for at the Hull game. However, with all this nonsense with Keegan vs Ashley, obviously we have our minds on more important matters. I thought this would be a good idea for us all to show we will stand up and be counted. By standing up, we would give them a bit of a nightmare about health and safety and it would look quite good and show we are all united. By doing this we can be in the ground, back the lads, and sing pretty much anything we choose. I reckon this would be a good idea an could work extremely well with enough publicity. Idea #4...Just go to the game as normal, and support the lads. Idea #5..please state your alternative option.... I for one would vote for option 3. Vote away, and discuss...cheers.
  20. Boycout? Is that what I seen on a banner yesterday...
  21. Yes but how long do we wait at the ground for? there has to be and end point, a message of some sorts handed over to the club once we get to the ground. Arrive at the ground at Kick Off time. Outside the main reception, sing Pro Keegan songs. 15mins into the game head off to our seats. Continue our support in the ground. Stand Up If You Love Keegan after 40mins...for 5/10minutes. He's not coming back. He resigned and no amount of songs of banners will change that. Not being arsey, I just don't see the point. Good crack man :colo: Aye. If i'm totally honest I wanna back the lads for 90minutes and sing nothing but positives...I.e. about Keegan and the team. Don't see the point in all the sakc the board, etc. BUT I also believe those who aren't happy and want to demonstrate have every right to and think they should give it their all if that's what they want to do. I'm not going to be organising it all, or much of it. Just thought I would make the most of my time online to get the ball rolling. I'm going to try and get in touch with Sgt Patterson, if not me someone else might...about the possibility of a march or protest. It's more ideal for the Police to have it all in one place at the end of the day...

  23. We have no interest what so ever in this being publicised as somethign we sorted. We are merely suggesting that people channel their ideas and we all work together. For once, can we just work together, without any synical views on what we are trying to achieve. let's be UNITED and work together...please. I'm all for being united but I'd rather do something positive than negative tbh. Likewise. That's why I am still uncertain about my own personal actions. I composed the e-mail just to help the other lads get the ball rolling, as I back their opinions without totally agreeing with them. I'm just trying to help all those with a different opinion to make it heard. At the same time I want a march to be totally legal and organised properly. Because no-one should get a ticking off about this like some did about United We Stand.
  24. Agreed on locations. However...let's not get carried away. Let's just sort out what action we want to take first before getting too much sorted....
