The best part was that if Lloris hadn't flopped he may have been able to prevent Wilson from scoring. -

He's a joy to watch right now. He's scoring on shots he would have never, ever even attempted -
I never thought I would ever say this but it was good to see him get back on the pitch.

They'll start playing Miggy differently and then it will be the next man up. -

So happy to beat these today. We're not winning by luck. We're not winning with smoke and mirrors. We are flat out beating teams -
I hated Bruce from the moment he was announced. He was one of Ashley's sick jokes. A shameless piece of flaming dogshit. For a while Pardew had some sympathy from me but but then he went full on snake. My hate for him is borne of the fact that he was a hypocritical scuzzball. Carver was totally miscast and a victim of the times. Should have never been allowed near the first team, let alone manage it. I loved Joe Kinnear. Shit manager and I was sad to find out about his mental illness but by god he made me laugh. He was Ashley's coup de grace of a middle finger to the supporters. I despise Allardyce for the arrogant scumbag that he is. McLaren was so totally over his head that I still don't think he ever recovered from his time here. Shearer and Keegan were blips on the radar while I've followed the team. However I genuinely celebrated Keegan's win over Ashley. Chris Hughton is a genuine gentleman. Although I still think with good backing he would have had success I was quietly happy he was let go before Ashley stained hi soul. Rafa was a godsend and outshone the emotional blackhole that was Mike Ashley. I will always remember his professionalism as we all stared into the abyss. Howe is marvelous. He's meticulous, passionate and a great man manager. Hope he's here for a long time.

Watching us play Saturday and reflecting on where we were one year ago I can say the difference is stark. Setting everything else aside Miggy, Joelinton, Longstaff, Murphy and Schar are so much better now. Being fit and having a defined role makes for a better player. Bruce is a charlatan.

How's your bairns?

Miggy playing with the freedom of confidence. He and Bruno have had a nice dynamic working all season. It may start paying off nicely. -
I like him but I want to do well so we can get a decent fee for him in one of the next two windows. I don't think he'll be good enough for where we want to be.

When we get to Europe he'll be important to us. Bruce really fucked him over. -
He'll weigh a lot less when they drain off the bacon grease
-
was hoping to never see or hear his name again.

I VOTED 8 but it's really closer to 8.5
-
Brilliant window. Just wish we could have gotten Choudhury on loan...
-
Really pleased with this window. We had a lot of holes to fill and we couldn't possibly handled them all in one window. 8.5/10 for me.

Jetro Williams is now available on a free, apparently
-
I'll remember Fede fondly. He was best for us in a 3 man back line.

The best thing about Tony Mowbray is that he's a proper, old school English manager. The worst thing about Tony Mowbray is that he's a proper, old school manager. I kinda like him but he screams dinosaur.

If "play on the front foot" was his banner phrase with us, "cutting edge" will be the phrase at WBA. Smarmy cunt

That was a tough run of games for The Cherries. If Parker hadn't let things boil over he'd still be there. Then again, maybe he didn't have the stomach to stay.
-
If they can't find Charnley for an important meeting he'll be in the supply cupboard inventorying paper clips and erasers

I've been thinking the same. I wonder if Howe will give it a go at some point
