brilliant bit of skill by Willock, there.

You'd think a fat blob like Bruce would bounce but WBA says nope.
-
failed models?
-
Yeah. I'd say he humbly smug as opposed to being smugly humble.
-
Never been a huge fan of Zaha even less so now that he's on the downside.

7 points out of the next three games at home would be superb. I'm not so much concerned about relegation as I am about performance. Granted we looked very, very good on our run but decidedly less so, since. It would be nice to see us win one or two with some style.

I say bore draw or someone nicks one late. -
They'd be fools to bring him back for next season.

Up a goal, I have to say I felt pretty damn good. Then Spurs levelled and it was like the players lost all composure. -
Richarlison has mentally checked out weeks ago.

VDB and Pick are cowards.

I will always love Miggy for his hustle, his effort and his professionalism. However, he really is quite limited as a player. -
Sean Longstaff (now playing for Leeds United)

Again we come back to Bruce's tactical naivety. Longstaff, under Rafa, most likely had a well defined role: break up play, lay the ball off quickly, keep the ball moving in the buildup and hover outside the opponents box in possession. Bruce probably just told him to sit deeper and clear the ball. When everyone is sitting deep, who do you pass the ball to? There was no spacing. Some players were thinking "Should I break forward? Nah, maybe I should sit back." We were an absolute mess. I can't honestly evaluate any player's performance under the shit show produced by that fat, tub o' lard. -
I think it says it all about Eddie: dropped key players for rest and changed formation and still the players were well drilled and executed.

I'll start with Rudiger.

I started following the club just after Fat Sam was hired. All I really knew as an owner was Ashley

As much as I'm surprised by his phoenix like rebirth I agree. Assuming a 3 man MF I don't think there is anything Shelvey can do that Bruno won't do better.

KWP really looked good yesterday

canny bit of business.

Everton going down would be delicious.

We have a nice ensemble of players. There's always someone to step up when needed.
-
He's played well, I'll give him that, but with Bruno in the squad its time to move on.

Perhaps it's best if he just fades away into history as a guy that managed over 1000 games and was a good bloke. We know what he did here. Amanda laid it out pretty clearly. He's driving WBA down and when he leaves hopefully he'll never get another job and we'll never have to hear his godawful name again, the cunt.
