right and there are probably 5-6 incoming transfers lined up, too.

It's a mad kind of contract that needs that, wonder if it's even possible to draft and/or enforce. you'd have to stipulate what the spend can be for each window (assume 50m + player sales) and then if one side disagrees to the total, have a mechanism for audit and mediation because we know Fat Bastard will try to move the goalposts.

If he signs on there will have to be offset language: if Fat Mike doesn't provide x, Rafa can fuck off for y.

i think the longer it takes, the less likely it is to happen.

I mean, what's Hayden supposed to say, "He's a fat cunt and he's made a mess of things. We had to disinfect our hands after we shook with him. Some of the lads left when he started puking into a fake fireplace."

Have to get Rafa sorted. If he leaves I can see a few players (such as Ayoze) wanting to leave too.

Classy guy and I like him but his time had come to an end. 3 of 23 is totally unacceptable.

Ayozé Pérez (now playing for Villarreal)

Perez has watched how MA has fucked around with this club and Rafa. If Rafa leaves why would he want to stay? -
I'd hold on to Shelvey. After sitting half a season his value has to be low. He might be worth more to us as opposed to going out and spunking for a replacement. Of course if someone comes in with a big offer... Longstaff, Samaris, Shelvey, Ki and maybe a couple of younger lads with po-po? I'm really gonna miss Hayden.

Your Newcastle United player of the season 18/19

Very tough to choose but I went with Dubs. From day one he's done his job more consistently than any other. -
Kuqi for me. I thought they dragged him out of the glue factory to play for us.

My impression of Rafa is that, as a principled man, he'd walk away if he doesn't get what he wants. As much as he loves the atmosphere and the fans he wouldn't stay under unworkable conditions.

According to one report today three different groups are looking to buy Chelsea for £2.5 billion, I think £300 million for us is a bargain. I was thinking about this: $300M to purchase $100M transfer kitty $50M ? infrastructure spending. ---------- $450M with proper investment and management there isn't any reason the clubs value shouldn't double within the next decade. Change those dollars to pounds and your probably right Haha, Im a silly Yank...

Bollocks, there's some nice areas in Sunderland. It's been said that they are best seen in your rear view mirror

I don't get to see every game but every time he gets an extended run out he seems to shine.
