People always seem to overestimate what Shola's job entails too. Its much more about making sure the players are okay once they're on their loans and looking after their welfare more than anything. Absolutely nothing to do with finding/arranging loans. Harper comes across really well in his interview on the previous page (https://archive.ph/9gZoF) and makes a good point about winning too many games not being a good sign at this level... still would be nice to see them not get hammered.
