The only thing a shirt sponsor cares about is the visibility of their logo. Aesthetic appeal doesn't come into it. In most cases, text in a coloured box is more visible than text against a coloured background.
The only small change I would make is have the badger actually stitched into the shirt rather than a patch. Otherwise its perfect.
