Most on here didn't fancy us against both Brighton and Huddersfield away, which was ok and the results weren't shabby either. We should probably approach this game the way we did against Brighton. Wouldn't be bad to play Gouffran behind Gayle and bring Perez later on in the game. We started that Brighton game with Gouff and Diame up top and looked stronger in the second half when Murphy and Perez came on against tired legs.

For me, this is by far the toughest game left for us. Leeds at home also looks tricky being at home and Leeds are chasing that playoff spot but this game, maybe because they've beaten us already this season gives me more jitters than the others.

Just had a look at the next 3 games for the top 3. Newcastle Brighton Huddersfield Shef Wed A QPR A Forest A Leeds H Wolves A Preston H Ipswich A Wigan H Derby A Tbh, eventhough we have two seemingly tough games coming up, the other two teams also have games where potentially they could have problems too. Brighton have QPR tomorrow. Could be tricky and Wolves away too for them. Huddersfield have Forest who have beaten both us and Brighton and fighting for their lives now. Preston and Derby will be games they must win to keep up with us but can't see them winning both.

It's just being away from the drama and cliches of the Premier League that's been really refreshing. No doubt I've missed us being among the big boys but everytime we've been mentioned on SSN or any Sky games, it feels like we're doing alright even if we're a league down. But I've really enjoyed it and like I said, before we're thrown back to the wolves next season, enjoy the ride as the big dog in the yard for now. Ffs I sound like a Wrestlemania promo for tonight.

Must say, since its most likely we're going up now, I'm going to some kind miss the coverage of us in the Championship. Don't get me wrong, I want us in the Premier League, we as a club need to be back there and get away from this one but it's been a refreshing and sometimes frustrating year in this league. We've been the big boys and everyone's chasing us. And I like being different this year. The EFL coverage has been nice and I'm going to enjoy (hopefully) our remaining games on Sky. That intro Sky has for the Live games gets me so pumped up especially the aerial shot of SJP. Enjoy it while it lasts and hoping we're back up next season. It's only enjoyable here for a season.

Just can't put down the mackems just yet. Wouldn't put it past them to use the international break and get rid of Moyes. Get someone in that will lift the team morale, give them a boost and they might go on their escape plan again. If they don't do that, and they don't win their next game after the break, I think it's Watford away, then they'll be nearer the trapdoor for me.

We play Leeds next month too. What a missed opportunity to extend our lead by 3 and 9 points today.

Tbh, I would prefer a Hanley-Mbemba partnership ahead of partnering either of them with Lascelles judging on current form. Clark has protected Lascelles for quite a while so a bit worried now without him. Hanley has great Championship experience so think he should play.

Us, Brighton and Leeds/Wednesday or Preston to go up please. Hate the Huddersfield fanfare, Reading are boring, so would have Leeds or Wednesday back in the Premier League like in the early years. Will bring some big matches back to the league too. Preston because they've never been up so any outside chance they have, I'd have them over Huddersfield, Reading and even Fulham too.

Tbh, I'm looking at the games that we might slip up with a draw or lose unexpectedly rather than circling the games we should be winning. So we have: Home: Away: Wigan Birmingham Burton Sheffield Wednesday Leeds Ipswich Preston Cardiff Barnsley Honestly, can't see us winning all the games. There are games there we have to win against the tougher teams but then again, we did so against Brighton and Huddersfield and f***ed up against the likes of Bristol and to some extent Reading and Fulham.

Said it after the win last weekend, our games against Reading, Fulham, Wednesday and Leeds would be key. Failed in those 1st 2 games. Could easily see us drop points in the other games as well against Birmingham or Preston or even Burton now.
