  1. He’s quality but given he’s played further forward in another life you’d still think he’d carry more threat in the final 3rd. Power puff mostly when he gets into the box
  2. What I like about him is you don’t really notice him, proper calm customer
  3. Yes I just don’t think Willock imposes himself on games. It’s even more evident when the better players are missing
  4. Some truly embarrassing comments. It’s a good job the players don’t fold so quickly like some on here
  5. It’s a shame but christ people will pick up niggles. Hopefully nothing too long.
  6. Because the admin, paperwork and procedures once you’re outside of the EU in every walk of life take far, far longer.
  7. Hope he’s not out but he’s going to get injured at some point unfortunately even if it’s something small. We could probably do with signing another midfielder this window
  8. Yeah can’t wait for this, bang in the middle of the Gallowgate
  9. There was obviously a link with him but he clearly wasn’t a priority. We can’t sign everyone anyway lol I’d rather we signed a striker and another winger
  10. There’ll be a massive over reaction to Paqueta if he is signing for West Ham
  11. Very tough and it’ll be very close, could go either way too. I reckon a 1-1 or narrow 2-1. I can see us picking up a point though which I’d happily take.
  12. Gallagher would be excellent but will depend on who Chelsea bring in I guess. I don’t think they’ll let him leave right now.
  13. Theyre always very good. Man the difference to the absolute drivel we had to listen to with Bruce

    João Pedro

I don’t think Paqueta has ever been a “key” target really
  15. He’ll be out 3 weeks minimum won’t he and it could easily be much longer
  16. When he got injured last season he’d played every game pretty much as we had no other striking option. I hope the improved fitness and full pre-season means it’s only a small hamstring injury. I think they’ll manage him better to avoid longer term problems and if Isak comes in that’ll work in his favour anyway. He’ll have to accept that his body just isn’t up to playing every game but he still has a massive role to play.
  17. I agree. You can’t look to push on in the league and have cup runs relying on Wilson up front. It’s totally unrealistic.
  18. He looked a bit off pace against Forest I thought but until he came off against City he was moving pretty well. I think he’s always prone to injuries as we’ve seen. Hamstrings are very tricky to manage particularly at this level. Even if it’s minor it will be a few weeks out. You wonder if this move for Isak comes after knowledge he may be out much longer.
  19. Sure he’s limited but we will never truly play to his strengths. At least with Trippier playing there’ll be better crossing for headed chances.
  20. He should be stamping his authority on the game ffs
