He’s actually pretty good at moving with the ball at pace from my recollection of watching him. His issue is that he struggles to beat someone with feints and skill. Don’t think it’s a major concern although Isak is a pure dribbler and we don’t have anyone else anywhere near his level now so we are a bit short in that area

We’ve got a lot of players who already do a ton of running. He’s like a slightly more clinical version of Longstaff but someone who’s reading of the game isn’t as good as Longstaff. Would much prefer any further acquisitions to be technically really strong with a great touch, good feet etc

I agree that he’s unlikely not in the same class as Isak. Isak is still massively underrated in my view. I think Tonali and Bruno are probably going to be very similar standard but having both means that if one has an off game it doesn’t have anywhere near as big an impact on us

I’d say overall I’m disappointed as I love watching him play and when he’s on, he’s world class. Do I think he ever would have worked for Howe?
