He's a cunt, no place for him in this world

Interesting move? Young superstar? Can't imagine what else would be interesting

Nice punchline. It's all true as well and everyone could see it happening. People have been saying Chelsea have had an old squad for the past three years. Everyone has seen and can see how Liverpool's squad is the worst in over twenty years. Man U have begun the process but they need a creative midfielder more than anything else, Arsenal.... I don't even know what's going on there, they have so many players who just don't impact on games. Only four years ago, they were still capable of rinsing teams regularly, nowadays I have little confidence that they'll even dominate the game never mind put three or four away

Chelsea are fucked.Their whole financial set up has been wrong given that FFP will be coming in.whether AVB is the man to change things, I don't know.I'm not a fan of his behavior and I think he's tried to change Chelsea tactically without changing the players.for me,that's his great failing.he doesn't have enough creative players and ball-playing players in his team to play it out from the back and try to control games in midfield.to change that around he needs huge investment and I struggle to see him getting it with FFP and also the lack of confidence Roman will have in him.essentially,Chelsea are a mess in all areas, mainly caused by Roman. It's great, the club is shit and most of their fans are proper chavs
-
What tRon said.everyone gets pissed off with everyone but almost everyone does make valid points on both sides.I think the criticism pardew has received has mostly been accurate however but I do agree that lore time is needed
-
Just wanted to say that AVB is incredibly needy.first he tries to make it that whenever Chelsea score a goal, everyone must come over to him and celebrate artificially.now he's bringing extra pressure on himself by callin for Abramovich to back him publicly. It seems like people aren't supporting him but you don't make it happen by forcing it

This is a joke?aren't you a shola fan as well Heza.Raylor massively affects our fluidity, passing, movement and shape.I only want to see him getting sub appearances No more so than Obertan who when he gets the ball doesn't run with it, or HBA who's been guilty several times of keeping it himself too much. I would start Raylor before I'd start Obertan without a shadow of a doubt. I'd start HBA before starting Raylor without a shadow of a doubt. Raylor is at least direct and has a weapon. Obertan is a player I can't ever enjoy because I always feel like he's going to make a mistake and he often does. At least HBA when he loses the ball is at least trying to make openings and push on forwards
-
Give him some Messi steroids,he is left footed as well
-
Raylor has had a great season,I like him a lot but I don't think we can push on with him.Guthrie is different,he's actually a brilliant passer of the ball.Perch has over-performed but I don't rate him.shola is a scapegoat who deserves the criticism generally.obertan has been destroyed sometimes for very little but I don't believe he is good enough either.

Shame that like, didn't think much of his tales but he'd been around for a while and I like fans from other teams being on the board

Hope sullivan and gold go bankrupt.two people who should be on the poverty line given their own ineptitude.west ham are a joke,I would live them to struggle to reestablish themselves in the PL
-
Morgan's a disgrace. If he was a Newcastle fan I'd be absolutely gutted.he cares only about himself and should shut the fuck up about football
-
Superb player,if I was an everton fan I'd have been raging with the amount of times he's been dropped this season
-
Love HTT like, has the passion and heart of a Keegan
-
In fairness, I think everyone respects the lad but his appearance is something you can't afford to pass up. Well done to him
-
You're an idiot then, I could understand if we were playing like Stoke. No offence. none taken, I recognise my position sounds ridiculous but it doesn't alter it
-
People want something better all the time Cajun, I apologise if I seem like some idiot but I don't think what I said was nonsense. In my opinion, it's being able to look at things with the long-term in view. I'll happily change my mind immediately if our footballing philosophy changes or we start to dictate games but I felt like we passed the ball round better last season than we have done this year. I think of myself as optimistic and not being someone who asks for too much and rightfully so, you can say I'm asking for too much but if we were playing better football but lower down in the league I promise you that it wouldn't be something I'd be complaining. I'd just be complaining about Perch or Simpson
-
It's not about where we are though. Sixth/Fifth/Seventh, it's meaningless if we're not actually playing to a standard that is at that level because eventually, it'll even out and we'll drop further and further away from this pack. If you're judging Newcastle on a 'league position' basis, then, of course, you'd be a complete idiot to complain. For me, getting into Europe would be amazing just for the buzz of those games but I'd prefer to finish outside of Europe and see us playing good football and seeming like we could really develop rather than finish in Europe but get the feeling that it would capitulate due to the fact that we really haven't shown the quality to go any further I know most/all people don't agree with this but it's a long-term point of view. Of course I want to finish as high as possible in the league but my way of thinking we'll get there is for us to develop as a team, not just scruff and scramble our way in and be out of our depth
-
I'm on board until December 2012. If we're not playing good football with the players we have at our disposal (and I'm expecting another few exciting summer purchases due to our scouting) then I'm really going to question the situation. I think he's one of the best organisers of players defensively in the league however we can be more than that as a team and I've not seen any signs that we can under Pardew yet. I will however accept that it takes a while to form a team and make them play instinctively together. I'd say that we've rarely looked like a team going forward this season but we've often looked like a team defensively. Let's see a bit more of the former now that we're getting towards the end of the season
-
The thing is,it's not about Hatem.it's about footballing philosophy,I don't mind if he goes in the summer as long as we are aiming to become a more pass-move team.I'm a fan on so far as I think he can improve us,IRS nut about desperately wanting him because Im a fan of him.we need players who are technically excellent and offer a direct threat from midfield.at the moment we really have so few players who can fulfil that. I know it seems like a Hatem argument but for me it's an Nufc argument and a footballing argument and one that really disappoints me because I believe in it a lot and haven't seen it enough
-
In response to Cajun the reason I want Hatem in the side is not because he's better than the other options but because he offers something they can't.no one scares defended like he does and can put them on the back foot.he can transfom the way we play,I truly beleive that. We have some average players of course but: Krul Santon Saylor Colo (I would give Ferguson a run out at least) Ben arfa Tiote Cabaye Gutierrez Ba Cisse is far better than most, including Liverpool, arsenal and even Chelsea this season if we could get the players to gel properly.with injuries we lose it a bit,Williamson for me is nowhere near as good as saylor and perch is a weak link but Raylor has stepped up well in a squad role.it's asking a lot to expect he starting 11 I put out to be fit but even if we 1,2 maybe even 3 of those players,we should still be playing better football than we have this season.I just haven't seen enough to believe we had a system in place long term
-
Wish the point of view 'we're 5th/6th in the league' so we can't really challenge pardew on the whole didn't exist.I've said this before and been criticized for it but in terms of performances this season we've been average considering the players at disposal.we should be controlling games more and dictating play.hatem can help us to do that and while it means adopting a more risky strategy where we may lose points (look at Keegan in his second managerial spell) we will on the whole benefit from it.my only thought is that we're bedding in a lot of new players this season an maybe it's taking a while for them to play as one but if next season we play the standard of football we have this season, there is no chance of us being a top six contender I wrote this on an iPhone so it might be drivel.I mean what I say however
-
He's a fat fuck and his brand is filth but if anything has been proved since he changed the name, it's that no one gives a shit and most people still refer to it as st. james's park
-
This is just completion rate though right? So someone getting on the end of it? There's a hell of a lot of a difference between Jonas's style of crossing and someone like Valencia or Ben Arfa. I'd take one really good cross out of ten everytime over 4 floaty average out of ten
