Yes, I too hope our striker scores a goal this season.

Must know more. Link? First thing you need to do is move to China, then get a China Telecom internet subscription in your apartment in China, then, using your Chinese TV remote in China opt in to the in China PL package in China.

Agreed. Caulkin summed it up in a tweet saying opportunity for PL to get major investment but also sort out piracy simultaneously. That’s clearly the reason it’s taking so long (I hope anyway) I used to pirate the games, I don't now because I can get every game in HD for about £5 a month. Maybe they should think about that. Using what? are we allowed to discuss this? Using my legitimate China Telecom TV subscription. All legal, 100%. Gazibaldi[/member] I'd probably give it up at about £10 a month, max. People on here talk about their subscription costs and to me it just seems mental. I could easily afford more but I just don't think it's worth it. I wouldn't pay £50 for a pint even if I was gasping so why should sky or whoever get to rip me off?

We've had our 3 days of optimism for this week, it's setback day today. I'm gonna go with a video emerging of MBS calling David Elleray a cunt in 2003.

If you're talking about literally whipping him with an actual whip then I'm on board. I'm still traumatised by the absolute dogshit 'football' we've been forced to watch for the vast majority of the season. Get the Saudis in, give him a grudging handshake and a pie and wish him on his chubby way.

Maybe that's a good sign. The other stuff is sorted so now they're moving on to, um, the absolute basics of a takeover?

Christ the lad must be some age if he was playing in 92-93. Only been the Championship since 2004 tbh. Classic Gregg this.

Calling him a ght is harsh, like.

What did you think was going to happen?

Howay, they took off Little Britain, jobs a good un.

Maybe Simon Reuben has a dodgy stream farm in his basement.

Little known fact: 300 was a documentary about Massive Lads Fans.

Be careful what you wish for. He's done a good job there. Etc etc *vomit*

Absolutely nobody could have predicted this would happen. Fine by me. Bribe the fuck out of them. No problem with Masters announcing it while he drives his new solid gold Bentley to his new 500 bedroom mansion full of whores.

He's being asked to play a role that he's not really suited for. He's never going to be the big lad up top who makes the ball stick and brings others in. Bruce keep picking him and playing him up front is the problem. There it is. I'd actually like to see ASM, Almiron and Joelinton played behind Carroll (for want of anyone better). I think that could be quite a good combo.

Sampy's turned into a proper little flower recently

I'm sure your personal distaste for the establishment will be factored into the price.

Made a lego X-wing with my eldest. Was awesome.

It's all in CAPS. Newcastle begins with N. Take out the P and put in the N and you have CANS.

From what I heard the club consulted with the buyers about deals like this. 'We've been monitoring some unusual Iranian activity in the gulf and we have a conference call arranged with the Russian ambassador regarding the intelligence sharing arrangement at 2. Oh, how do you feel about a four year contract for Manquillo by the way?'

Someone compared it to us sacking Bobby because he finished 5th, which I think is a really good comparison. They're going to be mid-table fodder for the next few years. Some similarities yes, but think it was more a case that they never really adequately replaced the spine of the team...Toure/Vieira/Henry, and just went for a succession of light weight technical players over the years, and for all the improvement in the league since then, there is still a place for gritty hard working players, who have a never defeated attitude. Has to be a balance of course but I can't think of an Arsenal player that another player would be 'frightened' of going up against I'm convinced Anelka ruined Arsenal. They bought him for £500k and sold him on for £27m or something with everyone saying how much of a genius Wenger was. After that he seemed to become obsessed with signing nobodies in an effort to discover the next diamond in the rough. If they'd balanced their transfer policy with some big name established players I think we'd be looking at a different Arsenal today.
