Every team has at least one game like this a season, where you dominate a game but end up getting a point or sometimes nowt. It happens, there will be games this season (Wigan at home?) where we don't deserve to win but do. That's football I'm afraid. First half was the best I've seen us play in ages! Demba, Colo, Perch and Santon were the standouts for us. I said before the game I'd take 7 points out of the next three, so that target is still achievable, hopefully starting Wednesday night

They played well for 2 months or so after the 5-1. The wheels seemed to fall off around January. Blackpool at home the last game of 2010 when they battered them but got beat 2-0. Have only won 3 on Wearside since I think?

Was my favourite player in the Championship, we really started smashing teams when he started to play in the middle. Definately would give him a new deal, great cover to have, and can take a decent set piece.

Definately the most satisfied I have been with a win this season, I genuinely thought we would get beat here. Fantastic team performance, with special mentions to Guthrie, Ba, Jonas and Raylor. But everyone was superb!

Man of the match 2 matches in a row for me like. Fantastic, seems to be the target at times if the team are doing poor. Guarentee if we had lost it would have been 'Rr we were never going to win with Guthrie'. After WBA last season, people have forget there is a good player in there and in terms of squad player, he's as good as we are going to get. Well done Danny
