Imperative we get a new striker in, no matter what division. Wilson simply can't be relied on, as much as I like him.
-
This is fucking class. I just know he's gonna be amazing for us. Thank you for the wonderful posts, JNK, and welcome to the forum!

It'll be a fucking travesty if we go down and either of these two or Norwich stay up man, fuck me.
-
I'm starting to feel more confident, based on absolutely nothing. Crowd will rattle Pickford as usual, and he'll make a howler at some point. We'll finally dominate a midfield, and create enough to win. Alli goal is absolutely nailed on though. 3-1
-
My fear as well. Usually our luck that players like to turn up against us.
-
I think we have to admire Steve's bravery here. From all the disgusting bullying he received online from the Newcastle fans (don't check to see if he has a Twitter account though) he's rolled his sleeves up, huffed, puffed, and is ready to get back into it. WBA are lucky to have someone of true integrity, class, and decency represent their club. He's going to cement them as a real force in the Championship. Buckle up, WBA, you're in for a hell of a ride.

He absolutely has to start. Will immediately be our best player. Can't imagine Eddie wouldn't want to start him, despite the lack of training days. His quality is pretty obvious.
-
This bit is what I keep reflecting on, too. Everton really do have a lot of the same ingredients we did in 2009. Still shitting it to be honest. Although I don't rate Hodgson at all, he might be able to do enough to keep Watford up.
-
Agree with that ^ We need Shelvey dropping, have Bruno, Joelinton and Willock as the 3 in midfield. Sadly, I can't see Howe dropping Shelvey though. I hope I'm wrong.
-
Thing is, if a manager needs a bounce, you just know it's gonna be us that give it. At least, we used to. I hope that changes on the 8th, and we can take advantage of someone else's plight for once.
-
Strange really, got the impression he was a good guy, based off absolutely nothing, mind Thought he looked really good before he got injured, but then that was comparing to Matt Ritchie at LB. If he's choosing to not play football for 6 months, then that's really poor from a professional outlook, but we don't know the ins and outs of his personal situation. Might want more time to figure out his next move/location.

It's hard to put a number on it right now, obviously because we've yet to see the new signings in action. However, they've addressed some key areas, and have obviously tried to get as much quality in as possible. Can't fault that, this is clearly not an easy task to sign 11 new players in January. We got dicked around by a few clubs which sucks, but at least a genuine effort was made. I'm just happy we're giving it a real shot. It's still in our hands, but we need to start winning games instead of drawing them.
-
Don't think he's the type of signing we would need in a relegation battle. Hoping Everton have added another ingredient into their toxic pool of relegation sauce.
-
Yeah, I honestly believe they've tried their best to get as much quality as they can. I think we've done enough to stay up, but I'm nervous as fuck still.
-
Realistically, is there anything that can be done at this stage?
-
It gets Ritchie even further away from the team, which can only be a good thing. The amount of goals we've shipped from the left is appalling. So pleased we're doing everything we can to try and survive.
-
Holy shit! Quite the start
-
7. If we beat Everton twice, I'll go down to a 4, as it'll drag them right into it.
-
God we are so fucking big time
-
Up there with Colback in our worst ever CM list. But, by all accounts a decent pro, I wish him the best with his next role. Feels good that we're looking to move on players that aren't good enough rather than be saddled with them for years.
-
Will fully admit I knew nothing of this guy at all, not even a FIFA signing. But watching the clips, seeing the hype, man I'm excited. I just hope we have enough to survive this season, and I'm sure Bruno is going to be a massive part of that. I just really want us to kick on next year and start to turn this club into everything we all know it can be.
-
Absolutely no reason why we can't beat them twice. We do that and things will really start looking good.
-
It's awful what Ashley has done to so many of us. I stopped watching football pretty much entirely since we let Rafa go, which may sound pathetic, but that was honestly the last straw for me. Just couldn't bring myself to give a shit anymore. Now I'm more invested than ever before, the threat of relegation is killing me
-
God I'm so fucking desperate for us to stay up now, and truly kick on. This window has been incredibly exciting, imagine the summer if we survive? Actually feels so surreal to think we're going to be a team looking to compete again at the highest level.
-
This is a must win, and we should beat them. Kick the season off and begin our survival charge.
