Hard to say exactly how important his action was for the second goal. You can pretty much ignore his passing stats because we cede possession most games and those metrics obviously favour possession massively. Even then he's one of the best for passes under pressure and well up there on xA, through balls and shot creating actions.

We managed to get him much higher up the pitch. Arsenal also couldn’t just stick 3 men on him because we had Wilson instead of Wood up front, so he managed to get 1v1 a bit and absolutely ruined Tomiyasu (who is a very, very good defender) in the process. More of that pls.

Was like he was out to prove a point tonight. Just set the tone right from the start, from the team huddle to when he went off. Absolutely phenomenal performance. Arguably one of his best for us and he didn’t even score.
