His gaffe for the penalty is just what he has in him far too often IMO. Decent defender on his day but like Saylor/Bramble you're just expecting him to make a mistake and so you can't relax with him at all.

Rafa urgently needs to sort out his team selection and particularly needs to stop playing Colback, Anita and also Hayden who I feel are all to lightweight to regularly play CM in this league. Tiote should be starting if fit alongside Diame. Also I don't think you can go into this league playing 1 up top - particularly a small striker in Gayle - up against 4 big bruisers. When Mitro gets back he needs to be starting every game with a strike partner, Gayle and Ayoze can compete for that role.

He's been the Palace captain for at least 3 years and always gave everything from what I seen, yet Pardew just changes the captain and says 'I felt it was time for a change' with little to no reason - and apparently doesn't even notify his captain he's giving the armband to someone else! Classic Pardew with his atrocious man-management skills and his cutting corners mentality. It was easier to get rid of HBA for free than manage him and it was easier to let us get beat and sub on a left back than it was to make game-changing tactical and player changes. Utter cunt.
