If Reina comes in Selz, Krul and Darlow will likely all leave. Was quite telling Rafa dropped Darlow almost as soon as Elliot was able to play again. I think Reina would be a great signing. Everyone says we're well stocked in the GK dept but there's question marks over every one of them. Krul's form dipped alarmingly prior to his loans, and he seemed to be going through the motions.. see the smiling with Defoe episode.

He started really well there, pretty sure they were in the top 6 at one point and he looked to have found his level. But once he goes on a bad run he struggles to get out of it. It seems a little harsh but you can't really underestimate the corrosive effect he must have on a dressing room once things go wrong. It's always been a big act with McClaren trying to impress the camera's... he's fooling no-one.

One of the few bright points last night. His game has a lot of energy and tempo, he just wants to get on with it. Will be so important for us going forward. A fair few of our plays should observe how he plays and try to learn a thing or two.
