He's right when he talks about the fans and the fact that boycott it's what's needed and that it won't happen. But I think hes wrong to say the players don't have the quality, nobody thinks we have a squad of players that are good enough to be challenging the top spots but the ones we have should be performing better than they are in the league, and are talented enough, but the desire isn't there so nobody cares, its a combination of managers out of their depth, players signed for sell on value only and the clubs ethos of "just doing enough" Nothing fits or flows, its just a disaster.

Best was never a world beater but I actually thought he was a decent player, at least for us in the PL, not the best in front of goal but didn't mind working hard and running the channels assisting and creating space for Ba. Of the absolute shite we've had in the team in recent memory hes not even near the bottom of the list.

To be fair to him, if he could help it he wouldn't be injured, it's not like hes taking a hammer to his legs FFS, the lad is probably as frustrated as we are about the situation. Injuries happen, we just have to hope it's something his body can adjust to and not happen as often as it has so far in his career because it doesn't look good. Hes barely played a run of games for us and I'd still have him in the team ahead of anyone we have now who can play on the wing, hopefully he will be worth the wait.

Anyone else not starting to get a bit sick of this guy? Was helped out a lot more by Sissoko today and still looked extremely suspect. Don't mind him getting forward but his defensive capabilities leave a lot to be desired.

I reckon there was under 45k there. Stadium had huge patches of empty seats everywhere, was about 10-15 empties just in a immediate area around where I was sitting. Stoke were even singing songs about it. It's happening, people are starting to lose interest.

Tiote is definitely better than Colback, he offers very little which is more than Colback.

Can't think of a single reason why Cisse would be brought back in. Would be taking us backwards.
