Would hate to see him go, hes got huge potential and has already shown he can hold his own at PL level too, the fact he looks a class above in this league is promising as well, we need to be holding onto players like him, I'd like to see him start next season as captain, he deserves it.

I've always strongly defended Mitro on here and think he is more than capable and will be great for us and will take over from Gayle probably next season, but right now Gayle looks a class above in this league, has to be him first, but happy with either really. One of the advantages of Rafas rotational policy is that we get to see more of every player, and now hes impressed there's even more chance of seeing him.

Mitrovic needs to impress tonight, not because he hasn't impressed before which is total nonsense, but because if he has one bad game people who have written him of for not particular reason will be thinking they are vindicated, even though it will only be his second start of the season, and still not enough time to judge.
