Decided to have a look at the Isak reports last summer. Telegraph said we were interested in mid July, then announced we pulled out of the deal due to transfer fee and wage demands being to high just days before announcing the deal was actually going ahead in mid August.

Is that under the skin thing just about 9 minutes long? If so why is it getting so much traction now, it was shown online everywhere and I downloaded it on my phone nearly a month ago?

Tough start but remember Eddie's highly intensive fitness building pre season routine. Not saying other teams won't be fit but It can take a few of them a run of games to get up to full fitness. With us you know full well that we'll be able to run through walls from the 1st game of the season. Playing City and Liverpool early isn't the worst time imo.

Yeah since I've viewed a few of his tweets a while ago the annoying as fuck twitter algorithm keeps showing me his tweets and some of the things he says are batshit crazy. Really close to blocking him so I can't see what he says and he actually annoys me when I'm just scrolling through

I always find it strange how Levy is always at the forefront of all decisions and blamed for all failures when hardly anything gets mentioned about Joe Lewis. Like the super league fiasco, nothing was mentioned about Joe Lewis really, was all Levy. It's like blaming the tenants why the house is falling apart when it's the landlords job to fix it. Not that I like Levy anyway, think most of the failures at Spurs are because he wants to be "the guvnor", but surprised he's kept his job, must just be the rise in commercial side?

With regards to wages and FFP, how does bonus' affect that? Could you for example pay a top player 50k a week but give him say an extra 150k bonus per 1 game week to give him the wage amount that he wants? He can't be that easy surely but it's similar to the Haaland deal where Man City made a low transfer fee but gave him huge signing on fees etc.

I've always wanted to see Jose manage us before he retires. Purely because of the Sir Bobby connection and I find him quite entertaining and he's a born winner. Football isn't pretty but he gets things done. Spurs absolutely mental to sack him, they would be in much better shape now and most likely would have silverware.

Pep didn't even win a single MOTM award. Howe,Emery and De Zerbi have all achieved greater than Pep this season when everything is considered.

Was thinking the other day when I heard people talking about Howe as future England manager, I don't think it would go well because of his high intensity fitness demands. You just can't get that out of players straight away and definitely can't get them to that level half way through a season when you only have them for a fortnight. A lot of people who haven't watched us or followed us closely don't understand that his fitness programme is a crucial part of why he is and has been so successful.
