Love how at the end when Murphy is high fiving all the players then you just hear the entire changing room chanting once they all get in there

What a fucking night. Just unbelievable. Never ever thought these days would come after the last 20 years. Proper back in love with football again and what a club we have now.

Touchline ban makes no difference what so ever, some mangers sit in the stands themselves ffs. Fergie built the dugouts at OT practically in the stands as you get a better view. May as well just give him a touchline gurning ban as it would cause him more distress.

Why wouldn't he?

Does anyone think Pep will manage us before he retires?

That Diallo is such a fucking diver, rolls around like Busquets. I see they have their next catts in Pritchard, seems a bit of a cunt with little man syndrome. Also their keeper looks about 12. Good game though

I wouldn't say we bottled it as we faced a very strong Arsenal side and are about to play a very good Brighton side during our run in. We would definitely have let it slip from our grasp though considering our position. We've been in top 4 for just about all season haven't we? Would love to know how many weeks total actually if anyone can find that info?

Still have a feeling Man Utd are gonna slip up somewhere.

Bookies odds are never accurate anyway, they're always less than the true probability because that little slice of probability that they leave out is how they make their money and can afford to pay your bet if you win. I gave up betting a while ago but after many years I learnt that you can only make money from them by getting true value, and that the bookies favourites can and will absolutely lose. Hence Liverpool and Man Utd being favourites for each of their remaining games can be a positive for us

That's horrendous.

This blew my mind the other week too when I found out about it. Makes the whole "11pm deadline" even more tacky and a bit strange that clubs rush to make 1 last signing when they literally have all season to discuss fees and contracts

There are so many different scenarios in how we can make top 4. Including a defeat to Brighton at home. At this moment in time I would say in order our easiest games are - 1. Leicester (H) - has to be 3 points here. Failure to do so is simply not good enough. 2. Chelsea (A) - We can get 3 points here. Would be disappointed if we didn't but a point could well be enough. We should not be getting beat though. 3. Brighton (H) - A point would be decent. A win would be spectacular. Could be 0-0,could be 4-4,could be 0-3 could be 3-0. Win the two games above though and this is essentially a free hit. Can't help but feeling Liverpool will drop points against Leicester or Villa, hence my thinking above.

Saw something on twitter which made a very good point. When he plays he makes the opposition full back unable to sit high up the pitch, as well as often causing defenders to double up on him which obviously creates space elsewhere for us. Even if he's not playing well he seems to cause more panic for the opposition than when Isak or Joelinton plays there.

Just don't understand what happened from early in the season when we were doing loads of different variations on corners especially, catching teams out a lot of the time. It often involved Tripps and Miggy, but now we hardly try anything like that. Think we tried it once today but first time I've seen it for months.

Absolute emotional roller coaster of a game. Head in hands when Bamford is standing to take the 2nd Pen. Jumping up and down when Maxi scores before the disappointment of seeing the offside call. Frothing at the mouth at the amount of needless fouls and poor free kicks we had. Not the worst result but obviously not the best. I felt it was either this game or Brighton that we would drop points so pressure ramped up now. Everton result against Brighton just goes you really can't predict anything, just need hope and belief that we can do it. Think Villa can get something at Anfield and if not, we can get a win at Chelsea. It's still on!

We're going to need to get a win away at Chelsea I think

Fletcher and Lucy Ward on comms

Jesus that's torture! I did something similar on holiday years ago, watched a replay in a bar late at night against Liverpool, avoided the score all day, walked into the bar with my toon shirt on to be told "you weren't great today were you" Still watched it like a sicko though.

Gerrard for me.. Tough choice though.

This can't be Vini

Bring him home for ultimate shithousery.

Ever since it became "7 points needed" it feels as though there's 72 hours in a single day and we play our games every 3 weeks apart.
