I'm sure on the radio this morning, it said with him requesting a personal hearing, the date would be set for 'some time next week'. Hoped it might be sorted today, so at least we'd know what the crack was.

Unless it says Dad under the cut off of that photo in which case f*** knows Im sure the top bit is 12.12.12 - the date his dad passed away, strangely enough. Then below, it 4 with 'u dad' beneath. There is a larger pic, but the top bit is obscured by the hood, but (from memory when it was on look north) I'm sure its the date of death.

Pretty sure it was in the locals. Aye, I saw it on one of the local news programmes, so its a genuine story, apart from the 'had a ticket, then died' bit.

SSN have just said that Pardew fears we might not be able to sign him. So that means the club aren't even going to bother. And then, they didn't even mention that on the match report there. Just talked about our form with/without Remy so far.

Also Woodgate for me. As has been said, such a composed defender, and also had the leadership and organisation qualities required too. Just a shame about the injuries. Coloccini might have been more consistent over a longer period, but as much as he's captain, I still don't see him as a leader.

How much was the wonga deal supposed to be worth again? Did we get any of that cash? Remember, there should also have been money Wonga allegedly paid to rename the ground back to St James' Park, too.
