But worse than that, she probably fears she'll lose her superfan status if she doesn't get to them all, and might not get to hug Amanda again. Also, I was priced out of watching Newcastle back in the 90's under Keegan and had to make a choice. Something she might have to do for this season.

Really? Talking about financial suffering in the North east, after bleating that she might struggle be able to afford to go to all the cup matches this coming season? If only some other NE families only had that sort of financial worry!

Even one of those above is a patch (top left), just doesn't have the awful white background/surround that makes it stand out as an ironed on patch. Why cant Castore even do those, then just do them on Fan and Pro kits??

They probably saw all the complaining about the patch crests on the Puma kits and tried to appease the fans, with a bit more kwality!

That said, like... even DHgate manage to get it right on the Adidas snide, even if the rest is a bit ropey!

Just checked the home shirt from this season I got in the sale a few weeks ago, its the same on there. Aye, its annoying, but this is Castore quality control. Does it really merit taking them back (probably having been worn all weekend) for a refund?? Storm in a teacup?

Aye, we had red numbers in the 50's and right through to the early 90's. Was only once we got promoted in 93 and changed to the Asics strips and the premier league that we dropped the red numbers until 2017 when they were brought back.

Bit disappointed with the shorts, as they appear to be very similar (almost identical) to this season shorts, black with quite a large white panel on each side. Had thought they might go with shorts to match the 'retro' style shirt... black with just a couple of thin lines down the side, like the Umbro ones were 1983-87 with that shirt.

I think it may have been, had Sam Fender not hijacked it for a gig . Can you imagine the carnage if there were queues of people/kids n that for new shirts, along with the added thoosands for the concert, many also potentially trying to buy new shirts? Thought at best we might get a launch announcement, but definitely not released/on sale today or this weekend.
