  1. Not exactly...just saying that I could see the PL coming out with something very close after Masters had been locked in a bondage dungeon for a few hours with Fenway, Levy, Boehly, Mansour, Kroenke and Radcliffe( who's obviously in a gimp suit tied to Glazier string)
  2. Let's be realistic...any luxury tax will be proportionally awarded to league teams with the highest rolling positions over any period where the average top 6 has remained in the top 6. Qualification for a share will require a minimum of 3 years out of 6 in the top 6, and a single years Qualification will be deemed irrelevant unless a rolling 3 year term has been achieved, and then conditional on approval from the 6 members who have qualified with a 3 year rolling term. Bloody hell....I could write PL rules 🙄
  3. True, but I don't recall there being such a media circle jerk over us than there has over them. Probably just unconscious bias
  4. Got to remember in the mid 90s we weren't far behind Man U commercially. A couple of bad board decisions later then were 30 years later and 100s of millions behind
  5. I would I'm afraid. It would be awesome to spend like Chelsea and City did when they were taken over....or even like Chelsea still do despite being blatant and obviously suspect about it. Having a few overpaid mercenaries who would improve us short term ( ala Robinho at city) would be worth being able to build a long term era of success
  6. The way they've been lauded this season compared to us last should suggest that the '6' should be more scared of them than they were/are of us
  7. This....I used to think winning with honour mattered, but I've never seen Nufc win anything in my lifetime. The closest I've seen is agonising near misses. In this time I've seen Chelsea going from the brink of administration to champions in a couple of years. Man City being what would be now a League One side to the most dominant team in top flight history. Money has and will always be dominant one way or another. So if PIF are actually serious with us we will get there eventually. Just hope I live long enough to see it
  8. Std business practice....guarantee as much income as possible for the foreseeable future and hope nothing changes. Trouble is the ones dictating the income for the predictable future don't want anyone else taking their current share. I'd happily bet my next wage that next season Villa get a tough CL draw...prob R. Madrid, Inter and Leverkusen, with domestic cup draws of City And or Arsenal away in both. Everyone on here kind of predicted our cup draws thinking they were taking the piss with how difficult we could have got, but really weren't far off...especially with our domestic cup draws
  9. Nah they'll just sell Palmer to themselves and they'll be sorted
  10. Who was it that stuck ÂŁ182 on Man U? Hope the dirty filthy money makes them feel better ??
  11. Got it on semi good authority that Ritchie's going back to Portsmouth
  12. Soooo much not the point. Yes we didn't do enough to earn it on merit, but to hear the commentators go on about "long suffering" Man U fans is galling since they literally won a trophy last year...again at our expense. Give them 55 years and it might be more sympathetic. Only plus side is that their future looks bleak with that loon Ratcliffe controlling things
  13. Sickening that these clubs which are now effectively comedy side shows (man u/chelsea) are being so badly mismanaged still make Europe. Ultimately our own fault it was out of our hands, but take away a couple of individual mistakes and we'd never have been in this situation
  14. Missed the point entirely. If we can find someone as good as isak under the noses of everyone, surely we have more imagination that looking at DCL. Maybe our scouting team is seeing something I just don't with him

Don't be daft...clearly not good enough. Only Bally can save them, with Phillips as assistant
  16. Still think if we can find an Isak, we can find better than DCL.
  17. Yes they've had injuries, but nowhere near as bad as we have
  18. Its so nice too see other teams being ran comically...and finally it's not us being one of them
  19. Given the nature of British journalism, it could be anything from a full disclosure of ours and Brightons transfer plans to something like..."hey Berrado, hear you're joining Man U. Looking at going there myself"
  20. Is anyone aware of the actual contents of this mail? Not seen any details anywhere
  21. Not even remotely if it's from company property
