Makes sense given they owe us 3mill this month. We should just accept and pay the them the remaining in 10 in the summer given its highly likely we will go up. It's a risk but seems short sighted not to given a player of his ability would make promotion pretty secure.

Why would it? I appreciate he isn't our first choice signing but I'm not sure how people can deduce he's a Carr signing.

The entertainers days are long gone Rafa is a completely different type of manager to say Keegan and Robson, the trade off for football which isn't as exciting is a better organised side who will concede less. Also the relative resources the managers I mentioned worked under appear to be complete different as well.

Do people actually care about winning the title? It's pretty meaningless as far as I'm concerned.
