The deadline is well-known, we’re talking about selling (arguably) our best player. We had to have anticipated this deadline better, more urgency on moving players out, a change of strategy. Basically anything but this.

As another poster has said, this might have absolutely nothing to do with football and could simply be a family / personal matter.

Dewsbury-Hall is a decent player. Potentially a good deal for Chelsea if they can send players like Broja the other way.
