Surely this timeā¦.

Ask him about plane trail dispersals and see what he says.

āWould you like to come and join the next players strike, days before our next major tournament?ā

Donāt think it was possible unless you had your own records.

Heās definitely got a hairdresser rather a barber.

Leicester were guilty. We donāt yet know if Man City are.

Chelsea are a massive anomaly when it comes to sacking managers. They are about the only club who have done it regularly and managed to keep (relative) sustained success. Maybe you could argue Madrid too. Which indicates that being able to spend seemingly endless amounts on players, is actually the key factor.

Could see him going to a slower-paced league in Europe and having another 3-4 years at a high level.

I classify it more as the clubās error. I very much doubt the managers of those clubs you list are personally identifying these types of players, and saying ābuy theseā. Have we, as a club, identified these players, and presented them to Eddie as viable options? None of us really know the answer to this, but Iād be of the opinion that the constant churn in senior positions, has probably meant we havenāt had the kind of coherent strategy that you need in order to adopt this policy.

Got to be some kind of performance-related termination clause in that, surely? Todd and Co. have made some odd decisions in their time but if theyāve genuinely committed to LinkedIn Liam for 6 years, that is as bizarre as it is reckless.
-
LinkedIn Liamās post-match presser. For once he actually comes across OK. Just shows how much better it is to engage people with normal, honest conversation, rather than ridiculous psycho-babble. https://youtu.be/zy4G-Ep8oI0?si=hheG8sO0zXCG5u6I

Theyāve got 4 of the top 5 earners in the Champ.
-
Whilst itās obviously a contributory factor to their fall, thereās absolutely no way they should be where they are. Theyāve got the highest wage bill in the Champ by a distance, so to find themselves relegated is complete mismanagement, and reflects terribly on their current set of players.

Hull Double Chance 8/11 at Leicester tonight. Appreciate Leicester are fucked if they donāt win, but 8/11 for a bet thatās landed in 16 of Leicesterās last 17 league gamesā¦

After a (very) quick swizz on NUFC.com, and including Welbeck (84) and Thiago (83) in the figures, I make it 9 late goals that have changed the result (negatively) of a PL match this season. Too many, far, far too many really, but still only 9 out of 33.
-
I agree thereās more chance of that (if still not inevitable) as, without being arsed to look at the numbers, that feels like itās happened more frequently than conceding late.
-
But if something doesnāt happen more often than it does, surely it canāt be āquite likelyā? *obviously we both know itās not that clear cut and thereās obviously other factors in play.
-
Better to be wanking over the memory of your sordid tryst with Michelle Collins, than doing it watching a repeat of Eastenders.
-
I know it feels it, but itās not inevitable is it? Weāve played a lot more games this season where we havenāt conceded at 85+, than games where we have. Doing it three games in a row has just (understandably) distorted everyoneās feelings.

If Sullivan and Gold were the dildo brothersā¦

I know thereās obvious (and somewhat deserved) negativity around at the moment but the last three league games weāve lost, we havenāt actually been behind at the 85 min mark. Yes, games last 90+ mins etc, and everything team can say if weād just done X, Y and Z to justify poor performance, but if youāre a poor team that has no chance of getting any points, youāre not still constantly in the game at 85 mins.
