Fast way to some kind of discrimination charge if they start making assumptions like that! But that will be the kind of thing they should be checking, where they’ve intelligence from monitoring re-selling sites and/or social media. Even if the person using the ticket says they’ve no ID, they should be told they have X days to report to the Box Office with some or they get banned.

Trippier’s a full back though. I know he never relied on pace, but you’re always more susceptible to be exposed there than you are at centre back. Burn’s been our best defender, arguably our best player, since the start of last season. I’m astonished folk seem so keen to see the back of him.

There’d have been absolute murders if we’d moved Burn on in the summer. He’s literally a current England international who’s probably playing the best football of his career. He’s probably got minimum two years left at this level. Bit more of an argument with Schar, but I think we were all happy enough with him being extended.
