Is it a 1 year extension? My biggest fear regarding Salah was he'd sign a 2 or 3 year contract, stay at Liverpool for 1 more year, and then go to Saudi for a massive transfer fee. Salah would get his big Saudi deal and Liverpool would get their transfer fee to allow them to rebuild. That would be the worst case scenario TBH.

Real Madrid is one hell of a job. They expect you to win every single year. You could win everything for 5 years straight, but if you win nothing in the 6th year you're gone.
