I know he's an easy target but we have a drastically imbalanced side that has been way below the standard required and we're getting what we deserve. I totally agree with this, but remember he's on the board, so any manager that agrees to work under Ashley's conditions is automatically the wrong man for the job. He's good mates with Carr as well so he can hardly complain about the players he's got to work with. Or he could try growing a pair and doing just that if he thinks the squad's not good enough.
