Wullie
Weird how you can replace the manager, the entire coaching staff and half the players and absolutely nothing changes. When I say weird, I mean of course not surprising in the slightest at a club for whom mediocrity is a stated ambition.
Disco
See if they can be arsed to ban them. Can't image any of Sissoko, Gouffran, Haidara, Rivieire, Marveaux or Obertan being remotely arsed enough to lead a revolt given that only one of them ever plays and his performances are often questionable at best. BONTEMPI
Players are simply not putting any effort in, but with Mr inspiring on the touch line I can see why. Ultimately though they are paid shit loads to be professional irrespective of which chump they have in charge. Things need to get nasty for Ashley from all quarters of our support. Just wish the sheep wake up and abandon ship. If we go down, that's is the time to boycott and not to give him another penny.
loki679
Doesn't matter where you work or how much you get paid, if you know your boss is an incompetent nobody with a record of failure and is taking you nowhere you're going to struggle to motivate yourself. timeEd32
Sounds like an absolute circus behind the scenes. Would be nice to get the new manager bounce heading into the derby.

ExiledGeordie
Sounds like an absolute circus behind the scenes. Would be nice to get the new manager bounce heading into the derby. It all sounds like a complete car crash doesn't it. The way we've been playing its looked for a while like the manager lost the dressing room. The whole thing is rotten. merlin
Everyone at the club needs a f***ing slap! NO - only Ashley needs a slap...he appointed the dumbos classed as 'directors', who in turn appointed poor managers ; he also relies on speculative foreign buys to do an immediate job in the PL and this policy was never going to work. The manager and players are only there because of the failings of those who recruited them...and that goes right to the top.

TK-421
Think his time should be up even if we do beat Bournemouth, as we have Leicester away and the Mackems after that, so (probably) another 2 loses. Hopefully we can win tomorrow to ease things, but then let him go with a win, like Pardew did.

Dan Gleebals
If we loose tomorrow (which is most likely) and he survives that then it really is clear the club do not give a shit. Win tomorrow and he will get another couple of games (and defeats). For the sake of survival I hope we loose tomorrow and he goes. Although the rest of the management need to go with him and I have no confidence and do the right thing in the next manager. Most likely be Alan Curbishley. What a mess. Fucking sick of it man. Don't know how so many stomach it.
St1pe
"Newcastle stars" "French contingent" hilarious. We can't afford anything other than a win against Bournemouth and if there's a few players fannying around at the off chance they hope McClaren will be sacked then I'll be livid. What an absolute mess this season has been.

Lush Vlad
I really don't get why it's always "2 games to save his job." "If Newcastle lose on Saturday, He'll be sacked." We read all of this before the WBA game and we had it all the while with Carver, as well. If it's not just speculation and made up bollocks. Then what's the point in dragging it out? Can they not see, that after 27 games or whatever, that he's not good enough? Are they expecting everything to just click into place and for us to go on a 6 game winning streak and stay up with a bit to spare? As it stands, we're going down. Even if we win on Saturday, it doesn't suddenly mean McClaren is the right man for the job. Like the WBA game, it's as if they're basing his ability as a manager, on a one off game. As opposed to the entire 20 odd games that proceeded it IMO, it's going down to the wire and we won't be safe or down, until right near the end of the season. We're going to run out of points to play for, if we leave it any longer. Sack him after Bournemouth whether we win, lose or draw.
54
I'm going to guess the players are, Sissoko, Colo, Elliott and Taylor, they all seem the type to blame others when the going gets tough.
