If someone else is selecting the targets then Keegan will have been asked for and given his consent for that to happen, after all isn't that what scouts do, and have always done!?! We've seen before what happens when Keegan doesn't get his own way, he walks. Ashley and Mort will have known that when they brought him in and given that, it would make no sense for them to then almost immediately go behind his back and risk him telling them where to shove it. Apart from anything, the idea of Keegan doing absolutely everything personally is totally ridiculous, of course he'll delegate, do you think he gonna go to the bank and gets the £15m out of the cash machine himself too? Faired pretty well considering it had been lashing down all day making the pitch really heavy.
