jdckelly
I know, but £1.5m is what Villa want for Harewood. villa don't have money problems
Guest Stephen927
How is what Villa want for Harewood relevant in any way to what Atletico want for Rodriguez?
Ronaldo
Just putting things into perspective, £1.5m seems like a very, very low amount for a 29 year old with such a big reputation.

Its a team in desperate need of getting £80k+ off their wage bill for a player they dont want/need though
Village Idiot
Atlético's finances are in tatters, a recent independent study put their debt at €510m, second highest in the league and more than Barça for example.

Village Idiot
Maxi Rodríguez? Not at all, he destroyed his knee a 3 seasons ago, but recovered from it well and he's been fine ever since.

Gash
It's a shame if Everton are that skint, i don't really know, but they are one of the clubs i really respect along with one of the managers that i do! Apparently Arsenal have signed their third South American of the transfer window, Galindo, he captains Bolivias U21's at the age of 17 and plays as an attacking midfielder. Also said to have been snatched from under the nose of Everton after he went on trial there first but Everton failed to set up a transfer.
Neil
This Neill deal is f***ing shambolic if true. We selling you to another forum like? I'm already cheating on you with another forum, I'm afraid. Ash - really seems we are. Our finances are somewhat of a mystery; essentially, Kenwright simply doesn't have the money and it seems more and more likely we'll have to sell to buy. And that phrase of us failing to set up a transfer just sums us up. Sad state of affairs.

Yorkie
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/world_cup_2006/4991492.stm Was against Mexico in extra time. Awesome game was that. Unreal winner, n'all. Was probably the last good game of the tournament really; the group stages were good but the knockouts were so negative - everyone was just scared to death of going out. Hope it isn't the same this year. Gonna be difficult watching the likes of Italy slog out some more narrow victories to the tune of a thousand vuvuzelas. Can see me watching very little this time round if it's gonna be the case.
