Stu
how come Metz let him go without a fuzz? Y'know, there used to be a time not so long ago where most transfers were conducted between two clubs without slanging matches on the backpages of the tabloids. TRon
everyone pretty happy with this signing, as a squad player? I am. £1.5m on a youngster abroad buys you a much better class of player than over here. Besides, he sounded like he really wanted to sign. We need more players who get starry-eyed at the prospect of playing at St James.

Pilko
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_3883891,00.html Newcastle have reached an agreement with Metz regarding their defender Sebastien Bassong. The France Under 21 international recently underwent a trial period with the Magpies, featuring in their pre-season friendly defeat at Doncaster. The Premier League side are understood to have agreed a fee for the 22-year-old, although personal terms are yet to be finalised. The move is expected to be completed in the next few days, ending Bassong's three-year association with Metz. The full-back had been linked with Everton earlier in the summer, but Newcastle would appear to have beaten their rivals to the player's signature. He has made 87 appearances since making his professional bow in 2005 and has scored one goal.

Skirge
http://www.forum-fcmetz.com/showthread.php?t=75008&page=9 Jokes it of the day, they buy it without haggling an instant! They have therefore put surement the price. And the club will not announce it ptet, if it is playing the poor miserable one to recruit (go, lache it me your Rippert for 50 k€). Not bad! It is funny, this morning in the Répu JM said us that it awaited fax it before speaking, and that as long as it not in there had one, it did not fantasize. And today to 17H, that there is Bassong is transferred. Therefore be this is a transfer flash, be Jojo is itself a not very screwed-up one of us! Good luck to him in England!! I wish to him to succeed and why not the next year to sign in a bigger club!!! As what, when it is motivated and that it budges himself, it can do good truks... As all the others it will have nothing moreno57 to Metz (from the casserole) and will do the beautiful days of another club (I wish it not) ... In any case that pleases! I will open a énième canette to celebrate that! Level mentality, there has not not photo more hein... I find that Paste and Vivian were far from being ridiculous in L1, and that do to the attacks bottoms-of-shallow bowl of L2 (you remind of this small big one at the time of metz-amiens that had had tros goals all cook facing Marichez and that every time pulled on the of Metz porter? Bah it had seemed to me to be one of the better ones attacking of L2 behind cissé-b. Gueye-Deranja..) In L2 our two players will do the matter in central defense and to the worse one there has Chriso-Brégerie.. And then between a Strasser that did not lack a single time to come to greet the of Metz supporters to the exterior one, a Vivian in the same style, and a Bassong that is done more to notice on the dance-floor than in the field, one can understand that good number of of Metz supporters rejoice at this departure... Low' in broom method!
