While saying he wanted to return to management, he also said that all clubs these days must have a DoF or whatever label you put on the position, as the demands on the manager are much greater than they used to be. Has done nothing significant in his career. When the time comes to part with Kinnear, which IMO should be by the end of the season at the latest, we need the right manager in charge.
