BBC Radio Newcastle haven't picked up on this yet, it has to be said.

Just seems weird, surely they'd have travelled last night, and all the noise yesterday was that he'd be back, some going as far to say he'd be starting with Shola, and now he's failed a fitness test and hasn't travelled.

Just seems a bit strange.

They must have travelled last night, the Kinnear statement says he felt unwell this morning at the hotel.

f***ing hell. Yes, losing Oba is a massive blow but this is WEST BROM. They're bottom for a reason man. We'll beat them with or without him.

We were very lucky to beat them at home, nevermind away.

I blame Kinnear's infamous suicidal half-time team talk for that tbh. We were far and away the better side for the first half that game.

I think they've won 3 of their last 4 home games.........they're only 2 points away from us. 2 points.

Damn, so whos gonna be up front - smith? viduka? lovenkrands? shola?
