So grim, but good result. I actually agree with Carragher in that France have been wildly overrated in the run up to the tournament. We were poor but don't have the means to do much more than we did to get a result. They have the individual talent but not the cohesiveness or aggression to get the best out of them. They'll be out in the quarters imo.

Ref wasn't as bad as being made out, just cheating c***s like Young didn't get decisions they usually would in the Premier League.

Missed loads of professional fouls on our players as they broke.  Missed cards to players like Ribery and particularly Cabaye...  Had a stinker.

Ref was laughable, gave England very little in comparison.

Ref was fine, England were disgraceful in the diving/play acting department.

Parker and Gerrard are soft as shite!

Parker is not soft. I can remember that time when he was running around with a few teeth missing for us.

He also stuck 2 fingers up at the East Stand, which will always tell me he's a cunt and soft shite.

I thought Parker's passing was abysmal today. So was Milner's crossing; annoyingly i've been saying that for years. Not a winger

The consensus of Parker today is either brilliant or complete shite
