Beharall is from the Fumaca school of bad Toon players over recent years
Lagerstedt
Burnley have agreed a fee of £300,000 with Newcastle for the signing of defender David Edgar. The 22-year-old moved to Turf Moor in the summer on a four-year deal, but the clubs were unable to reach agreement on the transfer fee. The matter had been set to go to a tribunal because of the Canada Under-21 international's age. Edgar has made only one appearance for the Clarets so far, against Hartlepool in the Carling Cup. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/b/burnley/8429612.stm

Jordan
Burnley have agreed to pay Newcastle United for Canadian defender David Edgar, although a tribunal will set Richard Eckersley's fee. The Clarets will pay Newcastle an initial £300,000 for the 22-year-old, with a further six-figure payment payable based on appearances. Newcastle have also requested a sell-on clause meaning they will profit further should Burnley decide to sell the defender in the future. Out-of-contract Edgar joined the Clarets on a four-year deal last summer, but is yet to make his Premier League debut for Owen Coyle's side
Cajun
Much difference between Edgar and Simpson? I mean ability wise I think Simpson is MUCH better but would a tribunal see much difference?
Doug
He was ok in 50-50 challenges but couldnt really do anything with a ball passed to him. Big problem at the top level that.
themanupstairs
A legend simply for his goals against Man Utd and Liverpool. Will amount to nowt more in his career. Fair enough story to tell yer grandkids tbh
Doctor Zaius
400K is a good deal for us. Dont even think he's worth that. He's 22 now and cant even get a sniff at Burnley, that suggests he'll never make it as a premier league footballer. That equalizer against Man utd was class like. Doctor Zaius
It was a massive deflection. I cant really remember the goal that well tbh, just remember him hitting it from pretty far out and everyone going wild, that was the class bit. cubaricho
A 2-2 against those cunts? His equalizer. Was out of my seat when it happened, totally ecstatic. And to see how much it meant to him at the time, I was very happy for him.

Ronaldo
I always associate him with Paul Huntington, probably the worst defender i've ever seen play for us.

Ronaldo
He's fucking shocking at CB in League one against Tranmere. What on earth was he doing in the latter stages of the Uefa Cup at LB?

Pilko
Harsh as he was young and out of position but Huntington was the reason we wen't out to AZ, fucking shocking that game. No, the reason we went out to AZ was because Carr ducked out at the last moment on a whim, leaving Huntington shoehorned in at left back (so not his natural position and also he was just a kid). Fucking scandalous how the Chronicle gave him 2/10 the next day mind.
Cajun
You're right, if only I said he was young and out of position His fault or not he was still shit and we lost the game because he was continuously bummed in the face.
