I don't understand this whole "get anyone in" mentality. We are on a tight budget, we can't afford to just be spunking wages on anybody just for the sake of getting a body in.

f*** off Mike.

We'll continue this discussion in court Kevin.

Armand Traore isn't getting any games at Arsenal, he would be a brilliant option for you, but maybe he would have offers from the Prem again. He isn't injured from what we know and he would have been a better option than Sanchez Watt on the bench last night...

More of a full-back than a winger isn't he?

Wasn't kadar pushing Enrique close for a first team spot before his injury last season? Surely he will do the job as back up left back.

Yeah, he was, but that was when Kinnear was here. If it wasn't Premier League rules that you have to start with 11 players on the pitch, then JK wouldn't have bothered with playing Enrique and we'd have started with 10 men.

The referee was the reason we lost our last home match.

One of the reasons - not the only one.

Obviously yes, one big reason.

Also the reason we didnt lose the mackem match but why worry about the mistakes FOR us eh? ;D

Sounds stupid but Harewood might be the better option at the moment. Seems far less injury prone and is proven in this league. Vaughan has looked good whenever I have seen him but he is still young and developing and its not like we are looking for someone to develop as he will be gone again in a few months.

People whinging (not many but a few) about us getting young players with potential don't seem to realise where we are at the minute!

Hughton also said that he will continue to scour the loan market despite adding a defender and a striker over the last fortnight.

The next area that he will be looking to strengthen is on the flank, with Hughton looking to bring in a winger as well as another striker before the January transfer window.

“We’re still looking for players,” he said. “The priorities were centre-half and centre-forward but we would look at other areas too. It’s good for us to add

numbers. There were two areas that were priorities and we’ve managed to bring in players in both those areas.”

If Ashley's still in charge I'd be surprised if there's any more signings but FWIW at least Hughton still seems to think it might happen.
