neesy criticises the players for saying things that they shouldn't on twitter, and then goes on himself telling the players that they're wankers and to fuck off etc

At least Neesy has said it straight to the person.

Have a look in the Alan Smith thread, but all of those comments are fine because it's not to his face.

It's fine with Alan Smith tbf.

Don't see why Routledge deserves stick, he came in, has done a job and when he has been deemed not good enough he looks willing to leave.

Smith has been shit throughout and just wants to see out his contract.

Routledge seemed a really canny lad on the promotion season DVD.  Did look like he was on pills mind.

The kid has a mental block though, he will not attempt to beat a Premier League full back and it makes him a frustrating player to watch.

He was an integral part of our promotion and anyone who gives him grief is a total cunt. Might as well go and give David Kelly or Gavin Peacock some stick too while you're at it.

Gavin Peacock is a bit of wanker these days though. Ex-Player Now Pundit syndrome though

Aye, if he doesn't beat the guy on his first attempt he stops trying. Best game in the Premier League for us was against Ashley Cole, so he can do it, but man, its going to take some serious confidence building for him to do it consistently.

 As things stand I can't see it happening.  Perhaps if he has the right manager who makes him the focal point of the team.

I remember saying precisely that when you signed him.

He's got a gigantic confidence issue at the highest level.

Unreal that like Neesy. Normally not one to jump on your back but you've really made yourself look like a massive f***ing moron there like.

Looks can be deceiving, not in this case.
