This is the reality, we lose our two best central defenders and we're barely a mid-table side.

Erm Cardiff?

Oh well, 3-0 we're f***ed! Maybe Hughton's usual negative away tactics aren't as bad as some people think?

We all know Cardiff was a massive one-off.

and these 60ish minutes isn't huh but most definitely 'reality'?  Ok.

No, the last 8 games have been.

Man some of the knee jerk on this board is depressing.

You can't say that mate, obviously if something goes wrong everything is fucking shit. We have fluked the entire season and in reality should be mid table.

Maybe this is why Hughton has opted for the ugly 4-5-1 away from home?

He knows these guys well by now. Without all the home comforts they bottle it.

Maybe he knew what he was doing after all ...

You say that as if he changed it because people have been telling him to. Surely he wouldnt be so weak as to give in to outside pressure.

Why do you think he actually changed it then ?

I don't know what game you're listening to mate, but 0-3 against a crap team like Derby isn't "knee-jerk"

By the sounds of it, we've done a lot better than we did at Leicester. Tonight's not gone our way, but it highlights a problem with the away form, which needs addressing. Not won on the road for 2 months now - hardly promotion form.

We were 10 points clear of third... now 4, could be 1 before the nights out.
