ads Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 Santa Cruz is a tricky one with me like. He's an excellent player, no doubt about that, but he's way too similar to what we already have. We need a smaller, quicker forward, not so much a goal scorer or even a striker, but someone who can compliment Carroll and hopefully prevent him having to chase down his own knock-ons. His goalscoring record at Bayern was dreadful, he had a great first season at Blackburn but hasn't maintained that.
