Redknapp just had a bit of a dig at Pardew on SSN there.  Something along the lines of "A few managers ruled themselves out last week when they hadn't even been ruled in".  Got some laughs from his pals.

What an arrogant, smug cunt.

He'll get whats coming to him eventually.

Pardew was a penalty shootout away from having the same managerial honours. Harry was lucky to get a shit team in the final.

I simply can't stand the Harry loving at the moment. It was bad before but it's kicked up another gear now and is utterly unbearable.

Edit. Oh and on that Pardew quote. Redknapp is proving again what a bellend he is. Pardew was asked directly about being named as a potential successor to Capello and he said he didn't consider himself to be in the running.

A good journalist would of asked further specific names... Would like to of seen his response then... Gets away with far to much...

 Shame they're just as big a corrupt group of cuntrags as the prick who's face flaps they've got their cocks firmly planted in.

Record against the top 4.

Played 6, won 1, lost 5, scored 8, conceded 20.

The media love him now, but I bet he's the exact same as every other manager England have had in that he'll be fine in the groups, qualification etc, as soon as we play someone better, then bang. Wonder how he'll take to no longer being the media darling?

A while ago he moaned about the thousands of keyboard warriors and 606/Talksport callers slagging him and Tottenham off when they played badly.

He is going to have a million of them as England manager, his attitude is people who watch and pass comment dont know what they are talking about, when he went mad about it before he came across a uber arrogant, and extremely dismissive of fans opinions.

This is nothing like every other England manager we've had, they've all been shonky as fuck against all kinds of no-marks, bumbling through with spawny 2-1 victories against the likes of Denmark. The whole organisation needs a gigantic kick up the arse.

Maybe it's not the managers fault. Our record over the last few decades is pretty similar to 'the likes of' Denmark.

Harry fears Toon surge

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits he fears Newcastle United's late run for a top-four finish.

Spurs have been out of the top-four since November, but they have dropped to third in recent weeks with rivals Arsenal leaping above them.

Chelsea are also just three points adrift of Tottenham, but Redknapp admits that Newcastle's run of form is worrying him.

"Newcastle are bang in with a chance," he said.

"A couple of years ago we got in the Champions League for the first time and we really loved it.

"We had some great games, they were great, great times and I loved every minute of it, so we want to get back there, for sure. Everyone does and it would be good for the club.

"But it's going to be very tight. Some of the other teams have got to play each other which means they'll knock each other about a bit, but Newcastle have come and they have kept going.

"They've had an terrific season and Alan has done an amazing job. We've got a good goal difference; there's nothing between us, Arsenal and Chelsea, but it's four points to Newcastle really because of that.

"But you just don't know. It's all to play for and that's the way it should be. It's got to be exciting. That's what we want to see.

"Normally you would expect Liverpool to be there but Newcastle are the team breaking that mould.

"Newcastle might say they are not Champions League material but as far as we are concerned they are in the thick of it.

"They have got to be top four contenders when you get to this stage of the season and they are in their position. We certainly consider them to be rivals.

"You wouldn't have thought they would be in this position after we beat them 5-0 a few weeks ago, but they have gone about their business quite quietly and done really well.

"They have been under the radar really until now but they have a good squad up there and Alan Pardew has done a fantastic job. They are not up there by luck."

Focusing on his own team as usual, then.

Yeah it does. They've not been out of the top four since November, but now they've dropped to third and the article is about us challenging for fourth.

They've dropped to fourth surely?

Edit: they were 3rd before Arsenal beat City, but they didn't "drop", so it still doesn't make sense. That whole sentence is a car crash tbh..
